It preferred the chicken grilled. I guess it was breast that is why it was kind of dry a bit. It was not as soft as I wanted it to be. Or was it because it is grilled not moist? I don’t know. I ordered a medium rare Wagyu burger and it came out well done, no color at all in the middle. Luckily, it was good meat, so it was still juicy and flavorful. I didn’t have time to wait for another, so I didn’t mention anything until they asked how was the burger and I said that it was overcooked but still good, no response about the overcook. I might come back and try again when I have more time, maybe.

10/2025: I made an online order and we picked up the burgers exactly on time, my lettuce wrap was the furthest thing from a wrap, lettuce was thrown on my burger, all the additional toppings were thrown on and saturated in mustard, honestly, this was the worst burger I’ve had in a long time, really too bad because I always get a bear Burger on my way home …

This place really has something for everybody. I love the impossible burger, it also has the beyond burger, it also has meat for carnivores. I love the vegan kids menu, we love the food in general, the server was very kind to everybody, especially to one person in our party who had special needs. We really appreciated the kindness. They have WiFi and good portions, easy parking, reasonable prices…can’t recommend enough.

The hamburger was good in flavor but too greasy for my taste. The portion was big enough that it was hard to finished. The atmosphere was nice but I went to this place in a really cold winter day and it was a cold breeze coming in from somewhere and made our experience uncomfortable, the waitress was nice, but made 3 mistakes with credit card transactions. It had been a while since eating at the Bareburger in Ridgefield. First time ordering with their updated menu. Everything was really good. Our son said being able to build your own burger is the best, and the toppings they have available are both fun and delicious. He said his bison burger with a sunny side up egg, and several other fun toppings, was beyond amazing. My husband had the pastrami and did the half pound meat instead of the pound…..wow, also an amazing dish. I eat gluten and dairy free and my grilled chicken with veggies and sauce in a collard green wrap was really good. Their fries are amazing, especially with garlic aioli. Definitely an excellent meal out!

I’m extremely disappointed and upset with my recent order. My husband ordered a Caesar salad to go, and instead of Caesar dressing, they gave us jalapeño ranch. I have a food allergy, and this mistake caused me to have a reaction. This isn’t just careless — it’s dangerous. If a restaurant can’t take basic care to provide the correct dressing or label items properly, it puts customers at serious risk.
Please take more care when preparing orders. Allergies are not something to brush off.
