I went to Bare Naked in Garden City recently and loved it. I don’t normally eat gluten free, but I went because I have friends who do, and I was honestly shocked at how good everything tasted. The pastries tasted completely normal and were so delicious. The staff was super friendly and really attentive, and the location is in a great area that’s perfect for a stroll and some shopping after. I would totally recommend Bare Naked, even if you’re not gluten free.

I stopped by this bakery, just to grab a quick latte, but The experience was amazing thanks to Martinez. He recommended a latte and it was absolutely perfect, one of the best I’ve had in a while. He was really friendly. The service really made a different. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope he makes my latte again

Loved my meal here! I had the vegan chicken and waffles, which were great – the honey mustard was so good and I can’t believe the waffle was actually gluten-free?! And the dairy-free tiramisu was unreal! The staff were so nice and friendly, and the decor is so cute! Highly recommend!

I went here because my daughter n law can only have gluten free foods. I’m not a fan myself, but the bare naked bakery changed my mind. I ordered bagels and they were the best bagels I had. I also placed an order for a cake and I asked if they can make it funfettie instead of vanilla they even confirmed with the baker and she said yes.When I went the next day to pick up the cake I saw the order sheet and i said I see vanilla but I asked for funfettie. I questioned it and the person at the counter said yes it is. When I got home the cake was vanilla which was disappointing since it wasn’t what I ordered. The cake was very hard to cut into even left it out of the fridge for a good while. The cake was flavorful and you wouldn’t have known it was gluten free. I will return because the food is very good. Their cakes, bagels are amazing.

I am a regular at this place it is amazing!! the manager kat is the kindest and the most helpful ever!!! And the front staff is very attentive and welcoming!! i am celiac so i was so happy to hear about this place opening near my house. I got the chicken pesto panini it was incredible. i definitely recommend this place!

My partner has celiac and I have a nut allergy so we love coming here. The food is so good and you seriously cannot tell that it’s all gluten free. I love trying all the baked goods and treats and I still haven’t had one that wasn’t delicious. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!

I was so excited to try this bakery especially because they offer gluten free items, but ended up disappointed. I was assisted by Martinez and he was rude and did not give full attention to customers, which made the interaction uncomfortable. He appeared disengaged and at times seemed unsure of what he was doing, which affected the overall quality of service.
However, another team member later stepped in and kindly met my needs, assisting me in a proper and professional manner. I appreciated their help, as it ultimately improved the experience.

Bare Naked Bakery truly went above and beyond. My boyfriend, Aryian, who works there as an employee , made me the most beautiful heart-shaped cookie to ask me to be his Valentine, and it was executed so thoughtfully—it made the moment incredibly special.

I’ve been in there a few times and the food is always amazing. I have celiac and I’ve never gotten sick, which means a lot. Everything tastes delicious and I’m really glad they opened a location in Garden City. Martinez truly makes the experience. He is so welcoming and he genuinely seems to love his job and the company. I will keep coming back to this location because of how positive he makes the whole visit.

The bagels are “life changing” according to my gluten free family members – a cousin with gluten sensitivity and a brother with celiacs. Both have a standing request for everything bagels, bread and any dessert that looks good for every time we visit.
