Loved this, beautiful aesthetics, delicious food and drinks prepared with attention to the details. Highly recommend sitting in the big red comfy throne chairs in the window to watch the world go by. Music in the background doesn’t overwhelm the experience and sets an overall great vibe.

What was already a special location for us (the hotel that was once here was the first place we ever stayed in Panama’) has become even more special with the addition of Bardot. Now that we live here, we get to see how things change and grow over time and Bardot is a new favorite restaurant in an old favorite place. The food was otro nivel…classic French. We enjoyed Boeuf Bourguignon and Riesling Salmon, espárragos cooked to perfection, Brie topped with jam and berries served with crusty french bread, a glass of champagne and a bottle of Beaujolais wine (goes with everything). The champagne wound up being comped as was a special dessert when they found out it was our 21st Anniversary. And by they I mean Diego, our amazing camarero and new friend. He made the experience even more special than the food and ambience. And in a country where service is so prized, Diego also took things to the next level. They are opening a new hotel here, as well, in Villa Palma and we can’t wait for the next wonders to emerge in this special place.

Found this gem after eating across the street. My wife and I are big foodies, eat out often around the world. This is definitely top of the list to come back. She had the duck, I had the fillet, we started with the muscles and steak tartare, all fantastic! We had the chocolate mousse for dessert, excellent. Excellent experience . You won’t be disappointed.

This is a place where you need to let the staff take care of you. They will show you what a good culinary experience looks like. We were fortunate enough to stay at the hotel and enjoy this restaurant. The attention to detail is superb. Diego is a fantastic host and we appreciate every single person in this establishment. We will be back and you should try this gem as well

Our waiter, Diego, was marvelous as was the most delicious Grouper I have had in ages. A delightful French resturant in the old part of Panama was a true delight.

This is a must try restaurant, the food was amazing, the service was incredible. I highly recommend it. The food was perfect, went with my mother and sisters and love it . Yover made us feel so special and all the staff was just right there for anything you need it right away.

The restaurant’s ambiance and atmosphere were lovely. The food was delicious; we ordered the fondue, the short rib entree, and the crème brûlée, which was so good. Diego provided us with fantastic service; he was very attentive and welcoming.
