Our server, Myron, was phenomenal—personable, attentive, and perfectly on point throughout the entire evening. Even on a busy night, he managed to take great care of us without ever being overbearing. He refilled our drinks promptly, gave us champagne to cheers, offered to take a photo, surprised us with a happy birthday card, and even brought out a small dessert—without us saying a single word about it!
The steaks were cooked to perfection, and every dish we tried was full of flavor. Overall, it was a truly memorable dining experience thanks to both Bardea Steak and Myron’s exceptional service. We’ll definitely be coming back!
We ordered the steak (fall-off-the-bone tender) and the Branzino, a light fish that was surprisingly generous in portion. It was so substantial that my friend and I, who both ordered the fish, had to leave at least a third of it behind. With two or three appetizers to start, one fish would’ve easily been enough for both of us!
The appetizers were outstanding: creamy mac and cheese, seasonal vegetables, and the house Caesar—not your traditional Caesar, but a perfect complement to the meal.
To finish, we enjoyed a beautifully pulled espresso and a delicate banana sauté dessert with a small scoop of ice cream, absolutely divine.
A special shoutout to Darrell, who made the evening unforgettable. I don’t drink, but he crafted a custom “Petal and Thorn” mocktail for me—vodka-based with grapefruit and rhubarb notes, light and refreshing. His attention to detail and warmth elevated the entire evening.

Once we made our way to the table, we went all in on appetizers. The beef and chiz wiz, empanadas, and lamb gnocchi were all standouts. Then we decided to do the steak tasting menu and completely lost track of time because we were having so much fun. When the steaks finally came out, every cut was perfectly cooked and there were so many great varieties to try. We finished with desserts and the banana foster was easily the highlight.
What really made the night though was the service. The food was excellent, but the service was on another level, genuinely warm and attentive in a way that’s rare to find. At one point we met someone sitting nearby who was in town for work for a couple months and had already eaten there close to twenty times, which honestly says a lot. This is absolutely a place I’d recommend people take a detour for.
The seating reminds me of a fast food type setting vs a high end type restaurant.

I took my husband here to celebrate his 61st birthday, and the entire experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish.
Our server, Payton, was AMAZING, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the menu in a way that made everything easy to understand. The seating was perfect, the ambiance was beautiful, and Payton checked in on us consistently to make sure everything was just right without ever being intrusive.
For appetizers, I had the tater tots and my husband had the shrimp cocktail, both were delicious. For our main course, we each ordered the filet mignon with loaded baked potatoes and a Caesar salad. When I tell you that steak was melting in our mouths it was unreal. I literally asked my husband if we were eating steak or butter because it was that tender and flavorful.
Every detail was handled with care, from the food to the service. Thank you so much to Payton and the entire team for making my husband’s birthday dinner so special. The food and service were truly exceptional.
