Everything was amazing! I have a ton of allergies and they literally drew on the menu and crossed out what I couldn’t eat. Our waitress was Tania and she was great. She took great care of us. Overall, the service was really good. This is a great place for tapas. This will be my new spot for sure.

Met here with some friends for tapas and drinks. We were able to get a cute outside table, which was so nice at this time of the year.
I started with the Apertivo flight, which I much enjoyed. It comes w a brut sparkling, dry sherry and red vermouth- I really enjoyed the flight, great selections especially if you’re new/exploring wines and apertivos. We shared a charcuterie and cheese plate with the jamon serrano, aged manchego and san simón- perfect starter. The fresh bread and olive oil was also pretty good! For tapas, I ordered the okra, whipped sheep’s cheese and steak paillard. The okra was good, I like the citrus twist on them; the aleppo peppers were a little too spicy for me, so I wasn’t able to finish the dish. The whipped sheep’s cheese was the star for me- she DELIVERED! The truffle honey and pimentón were just *chef’s kiss* 🙂 The steak pallaird was good, salted nicely. It comes with crispy potatoes and red pepper vinaigrette. Loved the crispy potatoes and the vinaigrette was a nice touch of acid. One of my friends ordered the boquerones and I tried one- very lemon’y and delicious.
Will def return!

Bar was busy so drinks were a little slow but she was so nice and she can definitely make an amazing cocktail. Plus she’s beautiful inside and out! Food was good! It’s tapas so you can’t expect much. I’d go back for a later dinner!

I came here after being refused entry at Little Spirit, and honestly, it turned out to be the best thing that could’ve happened that night. The bartender was very welcoming and recommended some of his top tapas. I ordered the Steak Paillard and the Pork Belly with capers, both were excellent. I also had a Sangria on the side, which was fantastic. The atmosphere is great, perfect for a date, and an excellent spot for networking. Highly recommended.

Tonia was our server !!! She gave great recommendations and great conversation to my boyfriend and I 🙂 She was on top on everything and we will come back to see her! Also shoutout to one of the managers there, Chauncey. He made sure to come by to check up on us. It made the whole experience special! The food was great, I recently was in Barcelona, so I missed the food over there. This place offered exactly what I was missing !

As always great place! Whenever we come it is always busy, we made a reservation for 3 at 8:15, but they couldn’t seat us until closer to 8:30. Normally it is quicker. The food/wine/service/atmosphere is superb here. I think our server was named Ally, great attitude and hard worker. Mussles were cooked perfect and the hummus is slightly spicy which I love. Those were my favorite but everything else very flavorful and good presentation.

My husband and I just left and we really wanted to shout out Barcelona for turning our night around. We went to beetlecat to treat ourselves for date night and we had a very terrible experience. We went across the street and our server carlos was 100/10 and the manager that came around also I wanna say you both are just amazing gentlemen and you guys know what you did for us to turn our night around. The food is always good and the service is always good but I’ll remember this kind gesture!

Impromptu popped in after getting hungry while walking the beltline. Was looking for a place that accommodated gluten free and they did not play!! Immediately after telling Tania about my food sensitivities, she came back with a highlighted menu of what I could eat.
We ordered the eggplant, okra, trout, steak small plates and the chicken pimiento large plate. The chicken was soooo good omgg, perfectly crispy and the sauce was jokingly asked Tania if we could take the sauce to go, no judgement at all, she gave us a tiny to go container and even gave us a couple extra potatoes out of everything we ordered, I think the eggplant, steak and chicken were the yummiest!
There are a couple big plates as well as desserts not highlighted in the photo that were also gf so I wouldn’t use it as a reference; just ask your server to mark up a new one when you go. There were 3 desserts we could have: flan, chocolate cake and the arroz con leche. Opted for the flan and it was the perfect ending to our wonderful dinner!

We recently visited for dinner to celebrate my mother’s birthday. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated but we were one of two large groups who arrived at the same time, so I understood why there was a delay. The host was really nice and updated us every 10 minutes until our table was ready. He was great, along with one of the other food runners who was wearing braids. Overall, the food was great but the rest of the service was lacking. Again, we were a bigger group so I can imagine how stressful it can be for wait staff. Our server wasn’t the most attentive. He didn’t check in to see if people wanted more drinks, and he was definitely annoyed when we asked about dishes that were yet to come out. My sister did not receive one of her small plates despite asking about it, and he seemed annoyed when she asked him to remove it from her bill. My guess is the waitstaff was probably upset about having to attend to two large groups at once, but I don’t think we should have been able to pick up on that. While I would not recommend them for groups larger than 5 people, I’d say that Barcelona Wine Bar seems like a great spot for a date, solo dining, or evening with a few friends. The ambience was amazing and the food was great.

Great food for a Sunday Brunch. One of the better paellas in ATL area. It will take an hour – but it’s worth the wait.
