We stopped in last night here, my wife had an idea about trying something new. I certainly like the old building and the tenants being added. The food was good, wings were ok, we would have them again. Pizza was good, soo hot, seeing we dined inside the lobby area. Now you have 2 good choices right next to each other, guess it’s just what you’re craving. Enjoy..

1) pizza was great! Hit the spot!
2) we had ordered through slice, who promised us a delivery within a certain time , messaged slice for follow up 30min after and still no driver. Called the restaurant and the restaurant manager told me without even hesitation he’d make the order right and refund us for Slices issue.
You don’t see customer service like this from places now a days , usually you get argued with or told you’ll get partial refund etc. In this case he went above and beyond to make up for Slices issue and the pizza was great!! We’ll be back for sure and recommend them every time!

Randomly in the area around lunch and found Barbs. Cheese pizza, chicken parm grinder and garlic knots, all were excellent! And I was shocked at the affordable prices. I always love when good places help revive these old factory/industrial buildings and not gimmick stores

My son and I stopped by to Factory Square out of curiosity and decided to get some slices at Barb’s Pizza. I had a slice of eggplant parm and my son had chicken ranch with jalapeños. This place is a hidden GEM! In business 25yrs at various CT locations… that was some of the best pizza we’ve had! Crispy, tasty… next time we get the whole pie! This is the pizza you don’t realize you’ve been missing, and will soon CRAVE!!

Exceptionally accommodating to a large party with very little notice! 15 of us came following a wedding rehearsal. They gladly set up tables for us, provided us with our pizza very quickly, and overall gave us an incredible experience. The pizza was absolutely out of this world. I have celiac and the gluten free crust was among the best I have ever had.
