Big shoutout to Barry and the entire team at Barb’s Pizza! We were out-of-towners in town for a volleyball tournament, ordering for a large group, and the service and food was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. We kept it simple with pizza, wings & salads as we had the late PM wave. It was all delicious. Barry and his staff were professional, kind, patient, reliable and incredibly accommodating. The delivery driver was great as well and made sure everything arrived smoothly. What really stood out was the follow-up the next morning to check that everything was good – above and beyond customer service! You can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend Barb’s Pizza, and thank you for taking such great care of our volleyball group!!!

Just had a tuna grinder with fries. Tuna was just right. Not too much mayo. Fries were delish even though a little lukewarm (hey is pick up, taking it home in 5 degrees that’s going to happen). Great bread for the grinder. All in all a great lunch. I’m full and happy.

Gotta say experience started off rocky with trying to order online the day before just to find out after my order went through that they were closed. Went in next day to just make sure my refund was processed only to meet the owner who was super apologetic about the experience and offered to send me home with a couple slices and a soda on them for the inconvenience. Gotta say great customer service and guest recovery will definitely be back with my wife to grab another slice.

They apparently gave my order to someone else, which I understand mistakes happen. To then not offer anything extra when walking out 25 mins after my scheduled pickup time is lacking in customer service. The two pizzas and wings were good.

Had a pizza and drink. The pizza was a thin crust with half pepperoni. The large pizza was plenty for three people. The tables had interesting inset displays. Would eat there again when I’m in the area.

Not worth the wait.
I’m not sure who said their pizza is “simply the best” but that’s not an inaccurate description, it’s just okay. Most likely won’t be returning with Zerio’s being a half mile down the road, and how terrible the whole strip mall’s parking lot entrance is. Very dangerous getting in or out, we almost got rear ended turning in and drivers are known for not paying attention in this area. Kinda disappointed, never went to their other locations but I think putting that they’ve been established since 2001 is a stretch seeing as a most of them have closed, except for another that only opened a year ago.

Stopped by with my husband while driving through Cromwell. Was my first time at Barbs. Pizza was basically burnt and our grinder was made wrong. Dining room was different but I did enjoy looking around! Food wasn’t the best but I plan on giving it another shot sometime in the future!

Ordered a pizza and salad for dine in. Was given paper plates and plastic silverware with the pizza while my wife was given a real plate and actual silverware for her salad. Portions were horrendous and small. Salad had only 3 croutons.
