I go to this location often because it’s close to work. There is a young man that works the lunch shift (dark longish hair) that is always really nice. No matter how busy it is, he treats everyone very well and seems to care about what he’s doing. The food is great and the customer service is excellent.

This place is so nasty and dirty. Nothing is clean, everything is grimy and flies just flying all around inside. And I mean EVERYTHING was unclean. Food wasn’t that good and the chips tasted so stale. The salsa bar was also warm when it should’ve been freezing cold because the salsa was so watery. I was completely turned off by this establishment. This was my first and last time. I do not recommend.

This place is so dirty! It’s disgusting! I didn’t even eat my food. I spoke to the guy making my burrito and he barely spoke back. Then he made our food with the same glove that he already had on as he touched everything. Then at the end he dug in the toppings for my burrito with his hand(with dirty gloves) and put it on my burrito. While we were eating we could hear the two workers arguing. I don’t recommend this place at all and if I could give it a zero rating I would.

The food was terrible. My burrito was so sticky that I couldn’t get the foil off. They grilled it with the foil on it. For the price I paid, ah no. Never again!!!! Save your $ for a place where you get what you pay for and the food is good!!!!

I tried this only because it was a debate on facebook asking Diablo’s or Moes. So someone stated Barberitos is the best. So I decided let me try it out and it was absolutely the best for my tastebuds. I’ve had Moes, Diablo’s and Chipotle. Moes has always been my number one but Barberitos top that!! The food was fresh and very tasty! Chips were just like I love them thin and crispy not salty. The staff was friendly soon as I walked in. Very clean inside and cool. I’ll definitely be back!!

I tried to do the survey online, but it wouldn’t let me. Whoever the two employees were that were working on July 10 around 12:30pm need a raise. They had a line out of the door and were running around like crazy to make sure everyone was taken care of. Even though you can tell they were under stress And there was a problem with the rice cooker when I was there, they handled it with Grace and great customer service. That’s hard to come by in restaurants or any customer service focused stores.
