Heard a lot about this place. Finally, I got to try it out in Athens. Many options to choose from, I got the vegan burrito, salad in a tortilla bowl. It was loaded with veggies, beans, rice. Very flavorful also got a side of guacamole and chips. Guac was fresh and delicious. Would definitely come back for some & the green tomatillo salsa … Keep up the good service!

Usually I love barberitos but me and my husband went today and had very inattentive staff that gave us the worst burrito bowl I’ve ever had we were going to forget it and just leave it be but when we got home we realized we paid $5 for a Queso we never got. All the other locations have never gave me a problem but I would never recommended this one since there’s a problem every time we go shame it’s the best location as far as location wise but everything else goes out the window.

I pick up to go orders from this location semi frequently. I think they’re about 50% accurate on actually getting me what I order. It’s frustrating to get home and not have the right burrito.

Rudest customer service ever! The owner of this establishment needs to reach out to me because apparently there isn’t a manager and no one who works here knows anyone’s name. Terrible

I’ve always defended this place when everyone rips on it and continue to be a customer. That ends today. Well done barberitos. Hope it was worth it. Your catering costs and what you provide is an absolute joke…you’ve lost a customer that’s been with you since the beginning.

Ordered catering for a family get together. Will happily do it again. Friendly staff explained everything and answered all my questions. Food was ready on time, was absolutely delicious, and came with everything needed down to forks and plates.

Avoid this Barberitos (1880 Epps Bridge). It skimps on the portions in an almost comic fashion. Everything the guy behind the counter scooped out yesterday (Monday, August 4, 2025, dinner) was winnowed down to the smallest possible serving before setting it on the burrito. The coup de gras was when the gal at the register gave me about five chips on the side. As a customer for literally decades at other branches, I couldn’t believe my eyes. So I asked for more chips and she gave me all of five additional chips. Sorry, but wth? You don’t skimp on chips, and you don’t pinch on portions either! In sum, about 12 dollars wasted on two tablespoons of beans, one tablespoon of rice, and a tortilla, with a smattering of fixings (but not too many! Nooooo, we wouldn’t want anyone making a meal of it). Come on you guys. Do you really instruct your employees to mete out such ridiculously ungenerous servings? Don’t answer because I’m never coming back. Readers, go to the Five Points Barberitos instead. Much better customer care, and a better vibe anyway.

Cross contamination of ingredients is truly getting out of hand. Left the line 5 minutes ago and yall got corn in your peppers, lettuce in your cheese, tomatoes in damn near everything.

I was also the only customer in line and felt very rushed. There’s a lot of “bean water” in my bowl because homeboy could not wait the 3.5 seconds to let the spoon drain. Told him to slow down and clean the line which obviously rewarded me with attitude. Kinda gross.
