It took me sometime to even try this place and at first yes it was great! Then it went down hill, this order tonight was all so wrong, I know you can have an off day but honestly the last 3 times we ordered something wasn’t right. Im not gonna keep paying for this if its simply not right. It doesn’t take much to read what we want in our order. Please do better cause I really DID like eating from here

Yesterday I went to order some food to go and since I entered this place I did not feel welcome. The cashier was an older man. I asked for a medium cheese and he was giving me a small one. When I told him that I asked for a medium one, he got upset and gave me another small one. I told him I asked for a medium one and 2 small ones. What he did was give me an empty medium-sized glass and told me to put them there. The man was very upset. I am very disappointed with this place. I do not recommend

Absolutely love this location, every time I come here everyone is very eager to help and provide great service with even better food. Wish the other Barberitos locations were like this one. Eve If you have to drive a little further to go to this one – it’s so worth it. Keep it up!

I’ve been to this location a few times. The service has been pretty good, but the food portions and quality have declined with each visit. Paying $15 and getting a tiny portion of low quality good that just tastes okay isn’t ideal. I probably won’t return until something major changes.

Barberitos is both delicious and quick! My experiences at this location have always been positive. I typically place my orders online for pickup. We’ve tried their salads, burritos, and guacamole, and they’ve consistently been great.

We’ve tried this location for the last time. We placed a pickup order last night and you can see in the photo all they saw fit to put on $10 of vegetarian tacos. That wouldn’t feed a 2 year old. They also forgot to include our large guacamole. My husband called about the guacamole and they said we’d have to wait for a manager to call us today to issue a refund. We never got a call, just a refund for 6.49. He didn’t even refund the tax on it. We’ve tried this location several times and the spicy chicken, sadly, just isn’t. It has the taste and texture of canned chicken. We’ll be sticking with the Epps location where the food and service is far superior. It’s just to bad we can’t have the same in Jefferson.

Went in to pick up my online order at 6:05. After waiting an additional 15 minutes because it wasn’t ready, they apologized for the wait and handed me this. When I got in my car to check on it, all I saw was a handful of chips with rice sprinkled on it. I was too frustrated to even go back inside. I don’t understand how you can mess up this bad.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Barberitos. I placed a delivery order, and when it arrived, it was clear that the DoorDasher had eaten out of my food. On top of that, the bowl I received was completely incorrect.
I tried reaching out to the store directly to explain what happened, but instead of being understanding or offering any kind of helpful solution, I felt dismissed. It seemed like they weren’t really listening or trying to understand the situation at all.
I get that delivery issues can sometimes be out of the restaurant’s control, but the way the staff handled my concern made the whole experience worse. A little empathy and accountability would have gone a long way. I’ve always liked Barberitos, but after this, I don’t know if I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

The chicken in my quesadilla was soggy, and there wasn’t enough cheese. This caused it to fall apart. Also, it was remarkably BLAND. I loved the service, but the food just wasn’t good. I WON’T be ordering anything with chicken from this place EVER AGAIN. Next time you have an experience like this, just think of it as a generous tip instead of a waste of money (but it is though).
