Take out. My ground beef nachos were gross. The meat was old and burnt. Ordered churros and they looked like yesterdays leftovers and someone already ate them. (This photo is not after we ate them, but what they looked like when I opened the container.) I hate to write online reviews, but there is no way to contact anyone as they don’t pick up the phone.

I stopped by Barberitos for lunch today and had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious and the customer service was top-tier. I couldn’t decide what I wanted to eat, but Mr. Bo went above and beyond to help me choose. Not only did he make a great recommendation, he also put a big smile on my face.
His positive attitude and genuine kindness truly made my day. We definitely need more people like him! If you’re looking for great food and excellent service, stop by Barberitos and ask for Mr. Bo—you won’t be disappointed!

I went to barberitos today Newnan, Ga.
First of all the service was alright. I arrived the workers were in the back so the guest in the lobby dinning in were unattended with no assistance. Second the worker barely spoke to us seems like she didn’t even want to be there. LASTLY I ORDERED NACHOS WITH NOTHING BUT GROUND BEEF AND CHIPS. ALL OF THE GROUND BEEF IS BURNT!!!!!

Food was ok, nothing special. There was only one employee there working- a calm girl. I had only about 6 people ahead of me and a few take outs were done as well, it took me 40 minutes to get my food. I can’t be mad at the girl. What was weird is a guy was in line and she had him go to the back to get cheese and bring it out. I cannot believe he stood there for over a half hour watching her work by herself.
About 4-6 months ago, I ordered two burritos and when I got home there was only one burrito. They gave someone else the burrito I paid for. I went back so there was another 40 minutes wasted. He gave me an extra burrito for my troubles with that situation.
Two stars because I have had some decent encounters there in the past… decent food, quick enough but thorough service and pleasant enough employees.

My 1st time here. I wanted to try the famous burrito… customer service was very good. The kid behind the counter was very polite and helpful… the stars given were for him.
The barrier wall looked pretty dirty and the protein options could have been hotter.
Paid and went to sit down… the salsa area was filthy… I went to the restroom and there were no paper towels and the soap dispenser was disconnected and inside the sink.
I had a chicken burrito- meh , nothing special. My friend had the steak burrito and said it was good. As I ate about 1/2 of my food I couldn’t help but see how sloppy this establishment looked. Barberito employees should be paid better. I can tell they are NOT because of the conditions of the establishment… I won’t be back.

Mannn, I really tried to give this place a fair shot, but my experience was disappointing on multiple levels. The food was just okay — I’d rate it about a 5.5 out of 10. Nothing special, just passable. What really bothered me, though, was the service.
I noticed the person in front of me was given a noticeably larger portion of protein, which I let slide at first — maybe just a fluke. But then I saw how the staff treated a young Black woman who was clearly on her lunch break. Not only did they mess up her order, but the way they handled it was dismissive and unprofessional. She was calm and respectful, yet they gave her attitude and barely made an effort to fix the mistake.
Watching that happen made me question how consistent or fair the service really is here. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. Food should come with decent service and respect for every customer.
