Ordered 2 boxes of Chicken Tandoori Wings and they delivered me wrinkly old leftover pieces of chicken that they didn’t even care to warm before packing it for delivery. One look at the attached images and you can tell it’s neither fresh nor warmed up. Had it been grilled on tandoor, there would’ve been oil in the bottom of the container. Been facing this issue a-lot lately and all they say is to mail them a detailed query once more. I am disgusted and appalled by the hospitality standards of Barbeque Nation Hospitality.

Last night, I visited Barbeque Nation for their famous unlimited non-veg buffet, and it was an unforgettable food journey! We started with around 50-60 pieces of chicken, mutton, fish, and prawns from the live grill placed right on our table. The kebabs and seafood were perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of smoky flavors.
After enjoying the endless starters, we moved to the main course, which was equally mouth-watering. We tried the flavorful Mutton Dum Biryani, packed with aromatic spices and tender meat. Along with that, we had Butter Naan paired with rich and spicy Mutton Nihari Ghost, and creamy Chicken Lababdar, which just melted in the mouth.
The Shahi Masala Mutton was another highlight—slow-cooked, rich, and full of royal flavors. We also tried Egg Fried Rice with Chicken Chilli Gravy, a perfect Indo-Chinese touch to the spread. Every dish in the main course was well-prepared and served hot, keeping the flavors intact.
Finally, we ended with pani puri, multiple ice cream flavors, desserts, and the famous kulfi.

Starters were so delicious same goes for deserts …..but most the people were not enjoying the main course meal cause they are already full from the starters…..
So enjoy the food too not stick with the starters..
You have to book the table in advance….

As you know, the concept barbeque is known for unlimited food with a barbeque concept.
The food quality is almost okay but there is some part where they are lacking . Like..the size of gulab jamun, few sweets quantity in bowl. May be his strategy.

My Second Experience at Barbeque Nation, Patna
This was my second visit to Barbeque Nation in Patna, and here’s my honest feedback.
Staff & Ambience:
The staff were very cordial and cooperative — definitely a positive. The ambience, however, felt a bit dated and could use some redesign or renovation. The space also seemed slightly cramped, which made it feel a bit congested during peak hours.
Food & Taste:
Coming to the main part — the food. In terms of portion size, the servings were quite small compared to other restaurants offering a similar buffet-style experience.
For non-vegetarians, the initial servings mostly included fish, veg kebabs, and paneer kebabs. Only after multiple requests did they start serving chicken, and even then, the pieces were very small. The mutton kebabs were so tiny they almost looked like “button kebabs.”
After a few more reminders, prawns were finally served, but again, the portion per skewer was minimal — just 2–3 pieces. Refills were provided only if you kept asking.
The only starter served generously was the Chicken Leg Kebab, which was also the best among all starters. In the vegetarian section, the Paneer Kebab and Corn Chaat were the highlights.
Almost everything was on the spicier side — a trend I’ve noticed across similar themed restaurants. It seems they deliberately make food spicy so guests drink more water (and possibly order more paid beverages), and end up eating less overall.
In the chaat section, only Pani Puri and Dahi Puri were available, both with below-average taste.
Main Course:
This was the best part of the entire meal. Every dish in the main course was flavorful and satisfying. I particularly recommend the Dal, Paneer, and Mutton Curry — all well-cooked and delicious.
However, only naan was served on the table, which was a bit disappointing since variety in bread would have been appreciated.
Desserts:
The dessert section was small but enjoyable. Gulab Jamun and Mango Ice Cream were the clear winners, and if you’re a Kulfi lover, you shouldn’t miss it.
Overall Verdict:
If you want to get your money’s worth, don’t fill up on the starters — they’re limited in both portion and quality. Ask specifically for prawns, mutton, and chicken leg kebabs if you want a better experience. Focus more on the main course and desserts for true value.
Overall, I’d rate this Barbeque Nation outlet 6 out of 10. The main course was excellent, but the starters definitely need improvement in both taste and variety. The staff were great, and the main course team deserves full appreciation for maintaining such wonderful flavor. Hopefully, the restaurant upgrades its ambience and elevates its starter quality in the future.

Best place for small gathering and parties like birthday party, anniversary party and so on. We were there for small college reunion and watched 6 birthday parties in less than 2 hrs. We loved the starters and beverages. Service was also great but the main course was average. Other than everything was great. Believe me you really don’t need main course after having starters. Loved it.
