The bbq bowls add a twist to your regular bbq. There are so kauch things you can create from sandwiches to bowls. I had the brisket bowl with rice and fixings. I will definitely try the brisket with the salad. The chips were freshly made. I grabbed a chicken tender meal for my daughter. She had no complaints. The service was great.

Amazing!! I’m so happy to see a fresh new take on BBQ in town. The atmosphere is stunning and beautifully decorated, making the whole dining experience even better. My meal was excellent, and I highly recommend ordering a build-your-own bowl with smoked brisket, mac and cheese, coleslaw, pickled onions, cheese, veggies, and sweet BBQ sauce — hands down the best combo, you won’t regret it! This is a perfect location for BBQ Boys, super easy to get to. The food was delicious. We tried a little bit of everything – brisket, mac n cheese, beans, hush puppies, chips. This place has the best barbecue in the region. I know that’s not saying much, but it really is good. The brisket and pulled pork are done to perfection and are flavorful and juicy. The staff is also very friendly. I definitely will be going back.

Just went today at 2am…. as someone who has made really good briskets at home, absolutely phenomenal. Incredibly tender, juicy, well seasoned, and just fatty enough. Whatever has changed, please keep your exact recipe and meat suppliers. I’ve had a lot of brisket in my time and I was really impressed today. Amazing and for sure the best thing you can eat at that hour. Willing to say some of the best barbecue in the area for sure.

I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews but I was truly disappointed with my order after being so excited to have BBQ again after so long, my sandwich was so dry, didn’t have the fixings on it that it was supposed to like lettuce, onions, and obviously BBQ SAUCE! Completely bland and won’t be spending my money here again unfortunately.

This new to Bethlehem deliciously house-smokes their meats at their successful and fun phillipsburg location. The menu in Bethlehem continues the tradition of big on taste and choice of sides. Their house made chicken tenders are light, crisp and come back for more tasty in a bowl with choice sides! Yum!
