Road our bikes down to Speedway and stumbled upon this place at happy hour.

Best drink prices ANYWHERE!
Waitress was a sweetheart “Jess”, great service!
Had the wings and some fried pickles.

Wasn’t planning on eating, just road in looking for some drinks, found our new favorite wing place. Excited to come back to try out the meat platters.

Service and food was great! However I wonder if this space used to be a dentist office because the ultra bright lights. Really clashed with the nice wood, rustic feel that could match the food quality. Ambiance otherwise with the racing nostalgia was great. Swap those bulbs!

We saw an advertisement of BBQ and Bourbon on the side of a vehicle on 465, intrigued, we looked it up and drove on over. What a great decision that turned out to be! Deliciousness. Order the pork rinds. Seriously, get them!

The location is filled with nostalgia and regulars who fill the bar. It’s a bar that just happens to serve food. It’s a great place to gather for a drink and to sit around with friends. Customer service was friendly.

If you are looking for a bar this place is definitely a hot spot. The best food items were the side of apples, though they were heated straight out of a can. The Bourbonyaki sauce, this sauce deserves 4 stars.

Marley’s service made the rating higher. The food was okay. We stopped in at the right time because it was during lunch time. Being vegetarian, I chose the sampler. I didnt realize the stuffed jalapeños had chicken in it. My potato skins had a long piece of hair on the plate. I let Marley know and she took care of it for me. I also really enjoyed the mocktail.

This is my favorite lunch spot in Speedway. The prices are very reasonable and you can find something for whatever your budget is or however hungry you are. The staff are wonderful and the food is delicious. I’ve had about 75% of the menu and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s a must stop if you are from out of town before/after visiting IMS.

This place was recommended to me while in town and I’m really glad I stopped by. The staff were friendly and the bartender made an excellent recommendation of the breaded mushrooms. I also got a Kentucky mule and the breaded tenderloin. The drink was made really well and delicious. The mushrooms and tenderloin were also cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The tenderloin was thick and had a great meat to breading ratio. The other food I saw in the restaurant also looked delicious and all of the prices were reasonable. I’ll definitely be back in the future. The alcohol selection in the bar was impressive as well.

Service was fantastic! Brisket seemed to be frozen and reheated and almost like beef jerky doused in a peppery rancid oil. Pretty inedible.

Sauces were really great but couldn’t cover up the funky taste of the beef.

We loved Barbecue and Bourbon. Always up for new spots and read the reviews and so glad we followed the recommendations.

You must try the catfish nuggets as part of the sampler plate. Fresh and the spices added to the breadcrumb topping just completes it. Not to diminish the other sides of tips and jalapeño poppers, they just jumped out to us

For our meal the options were plenty and we chose more catfish, smoked sausage, brisket and pulled pork and chicken. Seriously good to all of those choices.

Very cool selection of sauces to add yourself, nice outside seating that allowed our dog to enjoy our evening out. Tried two of their signature cocktails and loved the taste and price point.

Let me not forget the awesome service we received. Our waitress was on it and loved discussing the menu options as so often you just do not get that feedback.

Not only will be back, I think it’s our July 4th destination.

We ordered a couple of 4-meat platters to try everything, and it was quite a mixed bag.

The real winners here are the brisket, smoked sausage, and the glazed chicken. The rest were okay.

Sides wise, the Mac & Cheese and Onion Rings were the favorites.

The sauce selection was pretty solid. I wish they had a spicier option, though.

The service was agonizingly slow. Maybe it was an off-night, but we and several other tables waited for about 40 minutes after ordering.
