Ordered at the northridge farmers market a 2 meat plate with 2 sides. Was told it would be about 10 minutes, I came back and they had lost my order. They quickly made a new plate and I could see them rush everything. The ribs were decent, the brisket was too fatty. Half of the portion was fat. The potato salad was decent as well. The mac and cheese was just too watery as well.

Update, even better this week being setup at the San Fernando Brewery. Hard to beat great beer and Bbq. Added Mac and Cheese this week, did not disappoint. Brisket was great. Perfect Crust and Smoke. Cole Slaw was cut well, light and tasty. Beans had good smoke and we’re tasty, although seemed like from a can. The Pickles are really good, you can just about eat them by themselves as I did on the drive home. This is just about as close to TX BBQ that I’ve had around these parts and a lot better than the closest Chain. Only thing missing are some Onions, different BBQ sauces (ex. Vinegary, Spicy) and a Gallon of sweet tea. Highly recommend this place. I will be back.
