Recently I invited a friend and she was “oh no that sounds like Chipotle and I don’t like it”.I said you will be surprise… Well now she loves Barbacoa!. My favorite location is Fort Union. Always clean and has kept the same flavor all this years!.

This is usually my spot, unfortunately I found some fun tiny rocks in my burrito today. Also unfortunately I politely told them that there’s literal rocks in my burrito and surprisingly they didn’t stop production to find the source. However I was told that the manager (no refunds or a remake until he was present) wouldn’t be in until 3 more hours to do something so if you don’t like surprises or don’t like some extra crunch, I’d wait!

This is the perfect spot for after ski food and warmup. The soups, burritos, and salads are so much better than the other Tex-Mex chains, and service is so friendly. I love this place!

DELICIOUS!! My son is moving to Mexico for 2 years and he had to hit Barbacoa for his last US meal! He loves their burritos and queso! Apparently they are a hard find in Mexico! Thanks Barbacoa for feeding my son for years!!

I had a great experience grabbing lunch to take out. The team is very efficient and quick at getting people through the line and all of the ingredients are so fresh and delicious! This is a great spot to enjoy a filling lunch that has good flavor without feeling any guilt because of it being healthy!

Having never been to a Barbacoa Mexixan Grill, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we love it here. It rivals, and likely beats out, Costa Vida and Café Río on taste. The only complaint is that the service was not stellar. Could use some customer service training.

Well, I wanted to try something new here, so I got the nachos. I’ve never seen any pictures of them on Google Review either. After getting them, I think I know why. As you can see in the picture, they don’t warm up the cheese, and it’s all put right in the middle, rather than spreading it around.
I was planning to eat in the restaurant, but after they handed me the cold nachos I was too embarrassed that I might look disgusted while eating them, so I rushed home and cooked then myself. The flavor is good, price is ok, but cold nachos? It’s time to stop that.

The staff at this location were nice and quick. There was no menu posted, just a small pamphlet you could pull out and look at, which wasn’t my preference. Food was made well, portion was generous, but I felt the burrito needed more sauce on the meat and more salsa as it seemed to be lacking flavor. The corn salsa on the side was excellent.
