I went here for the first time. I went alone and sat at the bar. Service was quick and friendly. I enjoy the selection on their menu. I was intrigued by their Pour for Charity beer, I didn’t get it because I knew I wouldn’t like it but it’s a great idea. I got their Black bean burger and I really enjoyed it! I ordered a side of chipotle mayo, which really stepped it up. The restaurant was cozy, the TVs weren’t distracting but still a great place to watch sports. I noticed they also have outdoor seating for when it’s warmer.

One of my go-to spots in Newton Centre! Always a reliable choice for a hearty meal and a perfectly made drink. The ‘Superbird’ sandwich is a must-try — like Thanksgiving dinner in a handheld. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and consistently excellent food. Highly recommend!

A very yummy lunch. My little one enjoyed his Mac and cheese. It was a large portion for him. The lobster roll was good but small. I have seen bigger ones for that price. The steak frites was good but also a small piece. The chicken picatta was a god portion. There weren’t many people there so I can’t say anything about the atmosphere. They do have outdoor tables.

Menus were dirty and sticky, I ask for another which were also not clean but weren’t as bad as the other two. We should have considered this a a warning sign-cause the Risoto with mushrooms and balsamic vinegar was by far the worst dish I ever had, so bad that I am afraid I am going to be up all night due to food poisoning. Honestly it tasted rotten. Cocktails were good.

Paying $11 for a Guinness would be easier to swallow if it were actually served as a proper full pint. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. For that price expectations are basic: a correctly poured, full Guinness.

The setup of this place was so nice. Finding parking was difficult, but expected considering it’s right outside Boston. We enjoyed the outdoor dining and even though iy was chilly, the portable heaters definitely helped out. Food was delicious!

Baramor is a restaurant that checks all the boxes; warm atmosphere, amazing food, and excellent service. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming and lively without being overwhelming. The menu has a great balance of creative dishes and comfort food items. The drinks are equally impressive, with a thoughtful selection of cocktails and local beers. The outdoor seating area is a real highlight, offering a beautiful and comfortable setting to enjoy a meal while soaking up the charm of Newton Centre. It’s a great neighborhood spot to relax and unwind.

Pretty good bar food with a handful of healthier options. Apple salad was good. Service was attentive. Seating is uncomfortable. Plenty of tvs if you wanna watch sports. Prices are reasonable, too.

Local brewpub with good fixins’

Early dinner at Baramor, a nice, more-pub-than-gastropub eatery with a good selection of pints.
Somewhat surprisingly, the poutine was reasonably good- and this coming from a native Québécoise (although the cheese was a far cry from white cheddar cheese curds). It provided a great start for the stars of the meal, a Mor burger and Buttermilk fried chicken on a warm roll. Going with these options clearly rationalized why they should be going for Battle of the Burgers. And the fries- the warm, perfectly cooked morsels with generous salt seasoning – great accompaniment to the dish.
Go with what works, and these work.

Oh, and the draughts? Yeeeah, you’ll just have to give those a go. A limited, but thoughtful, selection of taps. Nice WC & NE-IPAs.

Will be back to further explore the tasting options.
