I am normally not a big fan of Ribs but these Ribs will turn anyone into a Rib Lover. Came here with my kids yesterday. It is second time I’ve been there, but I think I will come back more. Really friendly dudes. I came later national and they were starting to run out things, but they were so generous and sharing samples of the other things. I came in wanting a fatty brisket, but ended up getting lots of other things. Delicious brisket. Super tender and melt in your mouth. I was just place close to my house so I could come more often. But the highlights were the bacon and sausage roll. Absolutely delicious. These guys know their barbecue. Also, there small sampler is great value in my opinion.

I had a really good experience here. The staff were friendly and welcoming and treated me like family. Even though they were almost closed and out of meat, they were still able to get me a large container of mac and cheese, which tasted great. I’d recommend going earlier in the day before they sell out. I plan to come back and try more of the menu.

I’ve eaten at just about every BBQ restaurant in NE Ohio. This place has some of the best. The rack of ribs was a legitimate full rack just like you would see in the store. Not 8 bones, or 10 bones, or two half racks from the same side of the slab… It was a full slab end to end and they were great. The brisket was seasoned and cooked perfectly. They were out of the point meat I requested so they hooked it up with a bit more of the flat. The guys running this place were great to deal with… what you’d expect from a barbecue restaurant

First time here. I ordered the half slab of ribs and my wife a mix of lean and fatty brisket. They also gave us a little taste of their corned beef. Everything tasted great! The workers were very friendly, informative, and attentive! While there is some dining room seating this place is mainly designed as a carryout. Another thing to note is when they’re sold out they are done for the day so make sure you get there early. We will definitely be back!

I found out about this place from a good friend who knows his food. He said hes had bbq all over the country and this little spot in parma takes the cake. Boy was he RIGHT. One bite and I couldn’t stop eating it, I tried to stop a few times but kept eating and eating. That man puts so much love into that meat, its almost magic. And on top of all the amazing food, the owner and workers are amazing people, who genuinely care and want to make you happy with their food. Ill be a customer as long as those doors are open. 20/10.

Stopped by and noticed it was open. Usually sell out long before this time of day. So glad we did! We had a sampling of all their meats and they were amazing! I’ve never had pork that tender! Everything was tender with the right amount of smoke flavor. Tried the potato salad and beans. Very good! I was just in Charleston, SC and this barbecue rivaled it. I think it was actually better. Worth trying!

The food overall is mid and overpriced. The Mac & cheese was bland and the brisket was just fine. The prices were higher than shown on their website. I wouldn’t have gotten it for $17for half lb of brisket and $30 for 1lb. Definitely not worth it
