Was flying from Pennsylvania and there were few restaurants around . Flight was late and we decided to have a quick snack and drink. It wasn’t that crowded but service was very lean . Wish they had more bartenders and helpers around . Service could be 100% better !
Food was ok. We had some snack and it tasted good .. it was expensive though. A simple snack is about 16-20$. Bluemoon was good. They had some decent beers on tap. Average experience .. 3 stars ..

I was not expecting anything when we came here before a flight, but was very pleasantly surprised. Everything we had was delicious! The cheese steak was quite good — well-seasoned and toothsome. The pastrami was thick and flavorful. The beer battered cod was flavorful, crispy, and tender. The rosemary fries had intense rosemary flavor. Everything was cooked well and seasoned well. I’d come back!

I’d eat here again if I had time. This is definitely a sit down restaurant. The atmosphere is a 4 just because it’s all open to the airport, not because they did anything wrong. Service was great.
I just had the perogi appetizer. Three large perogies that were cooked well and tasty. The kielbasa was sliced and crisped up … a little on the burned side. My server noticed it first and offered to replace it immediately, but it was edible and I opted to satisfy my hunger over my taste buds due to time. I don’t think that would make it a 5 for food, but i would have to order a more substantial meal to really give them a chance to earn it.

Absolute disgrace and travelers have no real choices for a decent dinner in terminal D at PHL. Ordered a side salad with my burger, lettuce was brown, and also wrong dressing, sent back. Burgers are low quality frozen meat. Parmesan on fries is freeze dried, smh. Elevated bar food this is not, best to just wait til you get to your destination to eat – your stomach and wallet will thank you. Shame on you Michael Symon, don’t you dare be a judge on another food network show if this is the crap being served in your name. This is NOT my first visit here either, and it consistently gets worse every year.

I would starve before I go here again. I had a quick layover in PHL and stopped here to get breakfast. I was seated by the host and told a waitress would be with me. I waited about 8 mins before anyone came and started using the QR code to order when the waitress ( Bancheamlak according to the receipt) ran over telling me not to use the website. Okay fine. I gave her my order and waited patiently for quite sometime ( I had only ordered a breakfast sandwich and a mimosa). Finally, she comes back drops the plate in front of me and walks off without saying a word. She never came back to check if I needed anything or if the food was okay. I picked at the subpar food and then put the plate to the side to signal I was finished. After waiting another 20 minutes and my flight being about to board I finally got her attention to bring me the bill. She brought out the card machine with the total on the screen (no paper receipt) dropped it in front me and walked off again. I selected to add a minimal tip for the poor service tapped my card and waited for the approved notification before leaving. I go to catch my flight and as I’m at the gate waiting for my group to be called her comes the waitress saying I didn’t pay. I have NEVER taken anything without paying for it. EVER! I told her I had paid and had the charge on my statement already. I was then told I needed to go back to the restaurant to pay a bill that I had already paid. She then showed me a bill for a different amount than what was on the machine she brought me earlier. So whose bill had she given me before??? In order to not miss my flight I paid the bill and asked how I would be refunded for the incorrect bill. I was told I would need to contact my credit card company as they don’t have a record that I paid twice. This is the worst service I’ve experienced and would never go here again. Now I need to get my credit card company to fix this.

Sat here for nearly 3 hours waiting for our flight. We sat at the bar. Waitstaff was outstanding. Our first server , Khadijah, and our second server, Michelle, were both attentive and friendly. (names are retrieved from the receipt) Food was good and drinks were plenty. Thank you. Highly recommended.
Explanation of my burger pic: I had a front tooth issue, so I requested the bun on the side since I couldn’t take bites and had to cut everything.

The food was good. Got a Philly Cheesesteak, parmesan fries, and lemonade. As with any airport location, the price was about double what it should be. Either way, I had a good lunch with my wife while waiting on my flight to Atlanta.

Server was good and attentive. Good tvs for the sports bar enthusiast.
Food was meh. I should have just hit up Dunkin Donuts next door. Ordered the breakfast sandwich. It was ready very quick and the potatoes were close to cold on some and egg was cold on the sides which meant it was already made sitting there. Sandwhich: Bun, egg with some cheese melt here and there and couple pieces of bacon with side of hot sauce.
Bloody Mary was $20 and just a pour of vodka and mix. Way overpriced.
Rating would be lower if not for the attentive server.

Looking at the reviews I can see that people are just hard to please lol When i approached the restaurant I was immediately greeted with a smile and was sat immediately. Upon sitting down I was again greeted by the bartenders with a food and liquor menu. I asked for a Long Island Tea and I deeply APPRECIATE her telling me right off the rip the price of the drink which happens to 28$ which in my mind is absolutely ridiculous!! As far as food I ordered the “Fat Doug” which was pretty ok. Being an airport restaurant I 100% commend the staff for what they do !

Wanted a drink before my flight today at 8am . Went to the bar, there was 1 bartender but they were not very busy, he had 6 customers. I sat down at the bar and proceeded to wait 10 minutes for this guy to address me. He completely ignored me. He was a very unprofessional, rude little guy. So. I walked over to the bar across the way which was much busier and was served almost immediately by a professional bartender. You might want to hire decent, professional, bartenders that have customer service skills Michael.
