Awesome bar in the back of Rooster & Rice. Vibey bar with a TV and great cocktail list. The full Rooster & Rice menu is available here and the chicken is delicious. We had the pearl, the hat hai chicken and the chicken skins. They even had seasonal Halloween cocktails. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

This great little bar has board games for patrons to play, and so far it’s still very under-the-radar. The drinks are superb, and several are more reasonably priced than anyplace I’ve seen in the area. Top it off with delicious food from the attached restaurant, and you’ve got a recipe for an awesome afternoon or evening out.

Bar Sabai is an incredible installment in the Regatta plaza. Autumn is the best bartender and will not only make the best cocktails, on or off the menu, but she provides a bartending experience not available anywhere else. She is knowledgeable in both the history of cocktails and the alcohols included in them, but also general knowledge that is educational and/or interesting. Excellent cocktails and conversation. She is also a beautiful installment in the bar itself. Art within art.

Fabian was working behind the bar tonight and to say I’m impressed would be an understatement. He walked us through the menu, taking time to explain all the different aspects of each drink to ensure we had a pinnacle evening out at the bar. He was just as knowledgeable about all the food, which was stellar. I highly recommend the crispy chicken sandwich to any would-be patrons.
For prospective visitors the only situation I might shy away from this bar is for an intimate occasion, it gets loud quick, which isn’t a bad thing, but it’s hard to have a soft conversation. The drinks and atmosphere are great especially for a casual gathering.
Once again everything was stellar but our experience with Fabian is what really made the space special tonight. We will be back and this restaurant will be up my sleeve for anyone requesting a recommendation.

A hidden gem, literally, it’s tucked behind the Rooster & Rice and you can miss it easily. Excellent cocktails, recommended to ask for something unique and/or dealer’s choice. A few local beers on tap. Able to order the delicious food from the next door Rooster & Rice.
