Was here for a dance showcase at UCF, run long and our daughter was watching. We stepped away too watch Bill vs Jags wild card game, found this spot close to campus the perfect spot!
Ton of TVs, plenty of space and spot was alive but could still have a convo and chill.

Looking for a great spot in Orlando? Bar Louie is a fantastic choice. The menu is full of delicious options, and I can’t recommend the Margarita Flatbread enough. The combination of garlic butter, roasted grape tomatoes, and house made basil pesto creates a perfectly fresh and flavorful appetizer.
For a hearty and satisfying main, you have to try Louie’s Cheesesteak. The tender sirloin, a mix of American and provolone cheeses, and crispy onion strings on a toasted hoagie roll is a delicious combination you won’t regret.
And be sure to save room for dessert! The Signature Strawberry Cheesecake is a classic New York-style cheesecake with a graham cracker crust and a sweet strawberry topping. It’s the perfect way to end a wonderful meal.

Left to my own devices, I would never choose Bar Louie. The combo of “franchise” and “American food” triggers my immigrant instincts to run in the opposite direction. But this was a work lunch, and democracy (and proximity to the office) won. We were a group of 12, had a reservation, and we were seated right on time. Good start.
I went for the steak frites and swapped the fries for asparagus because low carb rocks. Unfortunately, I made the rookie mistake of ordering the steak medium. It arrived somewhere between medium-well and well. The quality was meh. The portion was generous, but flavor-wise, it didn’t quite justify the price tag (around $30).
On the bright side, our waiter was kind and attentive. My soda water glass was never empty, which I deeply appreciated given that it was over 90°F out and I was starting to evaporate. He did lose a few points at the end though. I leftovers and not only did he not offer a box, he completely disappeared…

The food and server 10/10!! The issue that I am having lately with restaurants is they are too lazy to put in effort into cleaning utensils properly. Customers actually need to use them to eat most of the food on menu, it would be a great over all experience if they didn’t look like the image. I don’t want to open up a table napkin and see that. I wanna see clean polished silverware, that shows to the average person that more than likely it was “washed and sanitized” Do better staff!

I will be back for more menu items without the pup for indoor dining next time! It was a hot Florida day but wasn’t too bad outside even though there were no fans.

Great happy hour drinks and bar bites. My wife and I have recently made this location a regular start to our Friday date nights. Kristal and Amelia at the bar were so welcoming and attentive when we have visited and they both make the best martinis and give perfect food suggestions. It’s excellent staff like them who will keep us coming back.

Had a to-go order with fried pickles and 2 sandwiches that were supposed to come with tots. Somehow, they forgot to put the tots in and this was only realized once we were already back home. To pay over $20 for a single burger, and not even have a side included is unacceptable.
