I had such a great first experience at Bar Louie in Winter Park! I went for dinner with my relatives , and everything from the atmosphere to the food was amazing.
I ordered the Louie Cheeseburger with tater tots ✨ and a side salad — everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The burger was juicy, and the tots were perfectly crispy!
For dessert, I tried the cinnamon donuts sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and served with chocolate dip … absolutely incredible.
The vibe was fun and relaxed , the staff was friendly , and the whole experience made me want to come back again. Definitely recommend if you’re in the Winter Park area!

“Bar Louie: ‘We’re too much fun!’ — Bartender looks like she’s serving drinks on day 7 of a hostage crisis… it feels like I just walked into a DMV with liquor! I have been to a lot of bars, but I’ve never seen a place work this hard to kill the vibe. Bar Louie sells itself as “too much fun to be a restaurant,” yet the bartender looked like she was being forced to serve drinks at gunpoint. Zero energy, zero effort, zero personality, but full entitlement when it comes to tips.
If your entire industry is people, interaction, and atmosphere, maybe don’t put someone behind the bar who clearly hates all three. I shouldn’t feel like I’m inconveniencing someone by ordering a drink. That’s literally your only job in this building. This generation keeps asking why tipping culture is dying, this is why.

Making a reservation through OpenTable was quick and simple. I ordered the burger sliders with fries, which were delicious and a perfect portion for someone who might not finish a full-sized burger. My partner chose the chicken sandwich with a side salad—while it was standard in presentation, the chicken was slightly dry.
The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service provided by Cecilia. She was warm, attentive, and patient as we took our time reviewing the menu. She also made excellent recommendations and was prompt in responding to any requests. Her service truly elevated our dining experience.

We had dinner at Bar Louie tonight and Renee absolutely made our experience! She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we sat down. She checked in on us the perfect amount — not too much, not too little — and made sure everything came out exactly how we ordered it. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a great time. Dinner was delicious, but Renee’s service is what will bring us back. Highly recommend asking for her if you go!

This is a very nice place in Winter Park. My wife and I enjoyed a pleasant lunch together. We both opted for the lunch special of a 3 course meal for only $12.95 each. We both got a fresh salad. My wife selected the chicken sandwich while I opted for a delicious cheeseburger. They both came with hot, crispy fries. Then we both chose the cinnamon donut holes with chocolate dipping sauce. They were fresh, warm, and yummy. The service was very good. The restaurant was not too busy, and it was clean and inviting. We are very happy that we selected Bar Louie to enjoy a very nice lunch.

Ate at this location a couple days ago and I was truly blown away. Top tier service was given to me from my new guy Dakotah! He made me feel like I was at home and was on top of everything. Cant rave about him enough.
On top of that, the food was incredible. It was almost scary how quickly it came out, and the taste of my hot honey chicken sandwich was awesome!

The food was delicious, I also enjoyed a mock-cocktail, and the ambience is enjoyable. The bartenders were all attentive. Parking is a challenge on Friday night as the surroundings have a lot of offer. My soup came cold the first time but it was quickly and professionally resolved.
