Came here for lunch while waiting for my flight. It was a relaxed space with a nice variety of options for food (pizza, pasta, salads, etc.). I got the Sausage and Peppers and elected to add a meatball. Overall, it was filling and the meal tasted great. Amanda, my server, was also attentive and helpful while managing several tables. It was a little pricey for what it was but airport food tends to be that way. I’ll definitely stop by again if I’ve got a connection in Denver, 5 stars from me!

This restaurant is lovely. Jessica and the whole team were really kind. The dining area has high ceilings with lots of light and it’s not noisy at all. A very relaxing place to hang out before your flight.

Zach and Eric S. bartenders are amazing. I was at Bardough before a mid morning flight. Their service, friendliness and energy was top notch. The chef and staff are also superior. I had a Bloody Mary and Avocado toast which was incredible. I highly recommend, they definitely have restaurant standards vs airport food standards. Definitely will return on my next trip.

Gluten free pizza (and reportedly pasta) available, though not noted on the menu. I’m used to overpaying for airport food, but though not cheap this place is SUPER tasty. Excellent salad and both myself and my non GF husband really enjoyed our pizzas and salad. Absolutely going to seek this place out every time we might go thru Denver. Heck, I wish I could get pizza this good at home…Our server Jessica was polite, efficient, and relaxed.

Ok. I expected nothing but a airport bar with crappy food and impersonal bartenders. I could not have been farther off! Zach (or is it Zack?) was the best bartender I’ve had since Steven at Secret Admirer in Des Moines. Zach made the visit fun and worth the stop. He was calm and joked with many customers. He really knows how to handle the traveling crowd.
That being said, I was very surprised by how delicious the breakfast sandwich was. A little pricey, but it’s an airport, what do you expect? The sandwich was made perfectly, the sausage had an independent sausage company flavor (vs the mega company pish posh), the eggs were cooked beautifully, and the sauce was an excellent mix of sweet and hint of spice. My only critique is that the old fashioned was not my favorite, but cocktails are so personal, I don’t want anyone to get the wrong idea. Drink it and see if you like it.
Bar Dough is absolutely worth your stop!

The pasta was delicious! I had the bucatini all ‘amatriciana and the guanciale was out of this world. The staff was super friendly and my server was really attentive and kind. Thanks for making a long travel day at the end of a long work week brighter!

Ana was great and took excellent care of us. Chicken parm sando was fire. The fries are tremendous and I wish they had a chipotle ranch with them or something. Don’t know the other guys name but he looks like a Greg. So yeah.. he was also great. You could tell they were doing closing duties.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for better wine and tequila/ whiskey choices.

Love that they serve lunch all day. We had a layover from the East Coast and we’re ready for lunch at 10:30 AM Denver time. In addition to breakfast, you can get lunch any type of day.
Our server Trish was great. Our flight momentarily got delayed by hours right after we ordered. She kindly put our food order on hold while we figured out if we could catch an earlier flight.
Pizza was good. Definitely not the best I’ve ever had, but good for Airport food.
