The place itself is amazing, with a beautiful view of the ocean. A bit chilly, but absolutely stunning. The food was fantastic.
The salad was fresh and healthy, and the fish was truly unforgettable. I’ve had a lot of seafood before, but never fish that tasted like this. Simply amazing! Love to come back again.

The restaurant it self is amazing with great and beautiful view of the ocean. Its a sister restaurant of casa do abel. They serve only seafood. The place is really cozy and nice. The food was really delicious and tasty. The staff were very friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

We had to wait around 10 minutes to be seated, even though there were plenty of free tables — probably because they don’t have enough staff. The menu isn’t very big, but if you like fish and seafood, it’s sufficient. If you order a green salad, you serve yourself from the buffet. The food was tasty, the service average. The pineapple cake was excellent. Parking is just a few meters away from the restaurant.

The tables are right by the water, offering a really beautiful view. You can enjoy very fresh seafood and the catch of the day — everything was delicious. With the catch of the day, you also get complimentary access to the salad bar. Don’t miss the pineapple cake, it was absolutely delicious!

A fantastic place with truly superb fish. Each day you get to choose something different, you’ll get an advice if you need it. Don’t miss out on the shrimps with garlic, they are amazing. On top of that you get to seat by the ocean.

Lovely casual restaurant that many locals visit. Fresh fish and local dishes. The mussels made with a mantega sauce were amazing. There is a parking nearby and no reservations so you come and wait in a nice setting. Staff very friendly!

Best fish meal I had on Sam Miguel. They brought a platter of 4 different fish all perfectly cooked for the 4 of us. The fish soup starter was amazing. The waiter was really helpful with meal selection and knew about all the wines on the (pretty good) wine list. The decor is downscale and outdoors but the quality of the meal and service more than made up for out. Really amazing value.

Tucked out of the way we were given the Recommendation by the Captain of Oceaneye tours. Glass bottom boat.
He said it was a little drive but worth it. The food was outstanding, Barracuda and Tuna specials, the wine was delicious, chosen by the waiter who was very attentive. One not to be missed.
