I Ordered the pulled pork sandwich plate and was impressed with how much pork they put on a sandwich. They definitely don’t skimp you. Very good barbecue and friendly staff. Sauce is good, too. We get both hot and mild.

This was great food! Situated practically in the middle of nowhere & family run, you order your pork, chicken or beef BBQ plate and then sit inside or outside in a large covered patio-like area. Huge meat serving and two generous sides (beans, cole slaw, potato salad, etc) plus $2 for a drink – water, soda, tea but no alcoholic beverages – all for about $10. You can get a delicious slice of pecan pie for another $3. But they only stay open until about 1:00 PM and they’re probably closed Sundays. Delicious!

Had a gathering with fellow classmates at Bill Jr’s place a couple of weeks back and everything was exceptional and I tried everything. Special mention of the cole slaw. Bill and his staff were fantastic even if he did run out of pork chops before I got one. It was like being with family.

Had an organization meeting. Each person had to order at the counter. Made for a long line because we were also mixed in with regular customers. Beans were straight out of the can. BBQ was OK but I have had much better (Mission BBQ) at a much lower price. We were supposed to have dessert. They had none. Don’t waste the drive time and your money for mediocre food and service.
