Solid Five Stars all the way around!! Service was great and the food was absolutely delicious. Far more than I expected for the price and the turkey and dressing was amazing. I tasted each and every sauce in the flight and each had their own tang and twist including the Carolina and even though I’m and unsweet tea kind of guy I had a glass of the fruit tea and it was superb. Almost like a desert in a glass. I can clearly see why this is one of Nashvilles most esteemed BBQ places.

Love the Bar-B-Cutie name! Not sure if this place was created by a female but I found it super cute when I found them while searching for new restaurants in the Franklin area. Their customer service is top notch, the gentleman working the register when I was there was very helpful.
They have plenty of seating which was nice. Lots of tables and booths available to choose from. The atmosphere is very quiet though, even with the tv playing just felt a little awkward without some noise. I was actually surprised they weren’t more busy for us being there on a Saturday afternoon. Their drive thru was constantly busy though so I guess most people just like to pick up.
I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with a side of mac and cheese. Their onion rings looked delicious in the photos so I also ordered a side of those. I will say their sides were delicious! The breading on the onion rings is so crunchy, exactly the top of crispness I like. Their Mac and cheese was super cheesy too.
The only thing was the pulled pork sandwich got a bit mushy very quickly. I was surprised to see the bottom bun was very wet, I ended up eating it with a fork and knife because it was difficult to pick up.
Overall the place was pretty good. I liked the sides I got but may try a different entree next time I stop by!

Why go anywhere else when this gem exists?! Holy smokes, the food is great tasting and a great value. The green beans took me back to my grandmother’s kitchen, in the days of yore. Wow! The fried pickles were nice and crunchy and I got “The Mark” which was top tier from start to finish. The multiple selection of sauces had me trying each one, combos, and I finally found a great match with the carolina and the mild. The workers also sounded like they were having a good time at work. All around great visit. Will come back when passing through!

I’m in town visiting and went here with a local friend of mine. I looked at the menu prior to going and the options looked amazing. I can’t say that it lived up to my expectations.
Some of the food wasn’t even warm when I received it. For BBQ, some of the meats didn’t even taste seasoned. It tasted like cooked meat. Nothing special. I got the sampler platter and my favourite part were the greens and even those I had to add hot sauce and other sauce to it to make it tasty.
It was pretty empty when we arrived. For dinner, you’d expect at least a bit more traffic, but it was a Tuesday, so I’m not sure what it’s normally like up here in this area as i’m visiting town.
I will say that if anything, it made me want to try another BBQ place in the area to see if it’s just me, or if it was this place.

I had a great meal of brisket. They were out of mashed potatoes, so they substituted potato salad instead. There wasn’t very many people in the restaurant.
I enjoyed everything except found the rap music coming from the kitchen very annoying.
I understand you have to keep the young workers motivated but it really turned this older guy off!

We had a great time here for dinner! The cashier (Nancy) was super friendly and knew the menu like the back of her hand. She recommended we try the onion rings with their Carolina sauce and it was a hit!

Management is unresponsive and unavailable. I went through the drive thru and realized I did not receive the items I ordered. I went inside hoping to get what I had ordered but found out they were now out of the sides I had originally ordered. Mistakes happen, no big deal, but I did ask for a refund since I wasn’t going to keep the food I mistakenly received since none of it was part of my original order.The teens working said they weren’t able to give me a refund but would take my number down and have the manager give me a call. I sent an email and left a message as well and never heard from a manager about that refund almost 2 months ago. This was the second bad experience I have had at this location. A few years ago I picked up a catering order for a family member who had paid in advance but they didn’t have a record of it and charged me as well. We did get that sorted out but it was a hassle and took quite a few phone calls. We have so many options for barbecue in the area that I would skip this one. The food is nothing special to begin with and any problems with a catering order or order in general will be ignored or complicated to deal with.

Take a trip back home to get you feeling right! I usually go with the pulled pork, bbq beans and creamed corn, but this time I got the deviled eggs… being around for almost 75 years tells you they are doing something right and you can tell that from the moment you walk in. The service is warm and welcoming and the people are always accommodating. A great family owned establishment.

I walked into this establishment 1 hour before close. I ordered a baked potato with turkey and I asked for extra butter and sour cream. I also ordered smoked wings. Now the wings were to die for. They were amazing and juicy and sauced well. The potato left alot to be desired. I didnt expect the best quality, I’ve worked in restaurants myself so I knew that potato would be dense as it prob sat in a hot hotbox. I was ok with this. I was not ok with no extra butter or sour cream as asked. I needed that because the potato was going to be dense. It made the main thing I was having unenjoyable. Please do better to make sure the special requests are followed. We depend on you all to get them right.
