This is actually a chaat place now. Still has gelato from the previous business. No vegetarian options in entrées. We ordered the papri chaat which was ok though we were a bit disappointed to see tortilla chips in place of authentic papri. Masala chai was good and good quantity. Friendly owner.

Interesting bar. Main horse shoe bar around the entire room. Bar bites pretty good and has a very nice beer selection on draft at affordable prices. Smoking allowed at the bar, can’t remember the last time I smelled smoke in a bar. Definitely don’t bring your kids.

Horseshoe bar fills the room. There are plenty of drafts on tap, easy to read board. Impossible to not be elbow to elbow if any crowd. Staff was efficient, not friendly. A place I would have enjoyed regularly 20 years ago.

DEFINITELY a locals bar. Sometimes non-locals may “subjectively” feel a bit unwelcomed when venturing into the unknown, outside of the sanitized corporately run chain places. Not the case here in my personal experience. Bartender Kat hit all of the ✔️s in what you’d expect as a new customer. I will return. Many people might be turned off by the “no frills” first impression. But the honest interaction is what works for us. No facades. What I like.

Surprisingly good draft list for the size of the bar, and affordable too, all beers are $6 or less, including $2.50 macro brews. This hole in the wall holds 50 people max but is a good time for late night crawls when all the local craft breweries shut thier doors.

This is my favorite down to earth bar to hang out in Ambler. The bartenders are all great and attentive and the owners are amazing! I definitely recommend this bar if your hanging in Ambler for a fun night!
