Bar 25 has everything a good cocktail bar needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. The menu includes a both classic cocktails and their own creations, plus an extensive beer list. They make almost everything in house, from the grenadine to the bitters they use. My favorites are the whiskey smash and old fashioned, but I’ve never been disappointed. Pictured below are the whiskey sour, old fashioned, whiskey smash, and Pimm’s cup, among others.
The food menu has some great options as well. Pictured below are the hummus and the grilled cheese. The grilled cheese is the best around and surprising delicious.
The atmosphere is great, the price is right, and the drinks are great. Bar 25 is the place to go in Ayer if you are looking for a nice night out.

Their milk stout, and their tortilla chips, and guacamole are on-point. I like the decorating and I’m kinda digging the music. Definitely worth paying them a visit. They’ve only been open a couple years and the owner makes drinks at the bar. He’s really nice.

I would have given 5 stars because the food and drinks were delicious, the place is really cool and has a great environment, BUT our waitress was SO bad, she kept forgetting our food, drinks, and any other extra things we wanted, she gave our drinks to another table, she didn’t write down anything and kept saying she had been working all day and had the worst day. I get that, but if you’re so tired, bring a notebook with you and write it down.

Perfect place for some fun drinks and even better food. That atmosphere is perfect for a classy night out with friends. Every drink looks like a work of art. The bar tenders are so fun and the wait staff was super attentive. This is my go to spot!!

Great atmosphere. Small bar maybe 25 seats. Fabulous beer and cocktails. Great food menu and very friendly staff! Owner is a serial entrepreneur with a great track record- and this place is no exception! Highly recommend for a casual drink or for dinner

We visited Bar 25 for the first time and it will not be our last! The overall feel from the waitstaff and the atmosphere was nothing short of great! While we did not eat as we had reservations elsewhere, the menu looked good enough for us to come back to try multiple items out. Well done construction for the small place. My only suggestion would be to add some lighting in some areas.

Cute place, great drinks, only giving a 4 because they weren’t clear the wings only came boneless. I’m a big bone in kind of person so I was disappointed when that arrived. Otherwise it’s probably the best place to go in Ayer.
