I ate here yesterday, and was planning to eat here again today, as the food was ok, and the seating was comfortable. However as I was ordering the manager came over and turned on a gigantic speaker near me blasting music. Fortunately there are plenty of excellent restaurants that deliver nearby.
Edit:
All good. If the ambiance of blasting the Backstreet Boys is more important than a paying customer, I totally get it. It’s your bar, you can run it however you like. Maybe lean into it a little more? Put up some BSB posters? Maybe charge people extra if they’re wearing NSync shirts?

Check your bill. We are guest at the hotel. The first time I went there for a drink I asked for a glass of wine and a rocks pour of whiskey. For anyone who doesn’t know a rocks pour is 2oz of liquor. I took both up to my room for me and my mom. I went back down for a second time and asked for a double pour and a glass of wine. A double would be 2.5oz of liquor. Instead I was charged for a double rocks which is 4oz of liquor and $37 for one drink. Bartenders are granted 18% automatic gratuity…. I was a bartender for many years. This is not right

This is a diamond in the rough as you would only find this bar at Bonnet Creek at Grand Wyndham in the Disney area near the Downtown area. The drinks and the chocolate dessert were magnificent and our bartender made us feel like we were there for a party. So if you are staying at the Wyndham properties in Central Florida, go and visit Bar 1521.

Such great sushi and cocktails! Sat on the porch all evening watching the sunset and the fireworks at Disney. One of my favorite nights!

After a miserable day of flights getting cancelled at the end of our trip (Honeymoon) in April and scrambling for a place to stay, we ended up at the Wyndham Grand.
We were tired, miserable and hungry.
We went to Bar 1521 in the hotel and weren’t expecting much.
The service was great. The food was really good too.
I had fish tacos and my wife had the burger and fries. We both had a couple of drinks. They do have some interesting beer choices, which surprised me.
We were done and ready to pay and go up to our room when our server asked us if we were ready for dessert. We said we were good. He then asked, “What if you don’t have to pay for it?” He knew it was our honeymoon and we had had a miserable day.
We got the Warm Walnut Apple Bar:
Bourbon, Caramel, Cinnamon Ice Cream
It was soooo good. We ended up ordering another one the next day via room service.
Shout out to Bar 1521 and the Wyndham Grand as well for making what could have been a miserable couple of days waiting for a flight, a small extension to our honeymoon.

Service is good, but need to correct Google hours. Last call for food is 10:00 and last call for drinks is 10:45. Not in accordance with Google listing. Misleading for guests returning from parks.

Jose and Veronica were both amazing. Our drinks were absolutely amazing. They were fun to chat with and made the night a blast!

My reason for 2 stars is because on the hotel website it is advertised as serving sushi until 11pm and cocktails & food until 12am. But going over at 1045 on a Saturday and the bartender said they were closed. Very misleading for hotel guests that make their food plans around this and then have no choice but to doordash wendys.

Man that raging Cajun was phenomenal. To top it off, Cesar was amazing. He had great conversation and recommendations. He even wrote down some cool local gems to enjoy on our stay. I’ll def be back!
