I visited 2/22/26 Do not listen to any reviews but THIS ONE!!! I was so skeptical to visit after reading the reviews, I decided to go in person and check everything out for myself. The inside was very clean. The service was outstanding, I was greeted, sat and offered water Immediately for take out! I ordered half cheese with basil and the other side was Magic mushroom, it totaled $21 (pricey where) This by far was top pizza I’ve ever had in Philly and I know pizza, I lived in NYC!!! this place set the bar!! I mean perfect crust, the sauce was flavorful with the right amount and the cheese was so rich and cheesy! I went back three days later to confirm it was really that good and consistent…new chef, same great pizza!! I had to leave a review because I don’t know what these people are talking about and I need this place to stay open because IT’S THAT GOOOOD!!! This is an honest review! Definitely visit them, thank me later Philly!!

Bar1010 in Philadelphia is an absolute gem that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived on a bustling evening, we were met with impeccable service. Our server was incredibly attentive, making us feel welcomed and ensuring every detail of our dining experience was perfect. The restaurant’s flexibility in accommodating my vegetarian needs was remarkable, showing a genuine dedication to guest satisfaction.
The cocktail menu is nothing short of exceptional. The espresso martinis are to die for: rich, perfectly balanced, and executed flawlessly and the variety they offer ensures there’s a flavor to match every preference. The food at Bar1010 is equally impressive. As an Indian, my standards for flavor are high, and the Tikka Masala pizza absolutely blew me away. It was perfectly spiced, rich, and indulgent, yet balanced beautifully on a crisp crust. The Indian-style pizza is a unique and unforgettable twist, highlighting the creativity of the kitchen.
The bruschetta was light, refreshing, and simply delicious, a perfect start to our meal. The outdoor seating adds a charming touch, offering a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy both food and drinks while taking in the vibrant Philly energy.
Overall, Bar1010 is a perfect blend of innovative cuisine, exceptional cocktails, and unmatched hospitality. Whether you’re seeking inventive dishes, outstanding drinks, or attentive service in a welcoming environment, this spot delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend for both casual nights out and special occasions, Bar1010 will leave you coming back for more.

BAR 1010 has been on my list to try the parm espresso martini & pizza for the longest!
I was underwhelmed with my experience. Firstly, the place is small. The bar is 4 seats and the whole ambiance doesn’t give anything to write home about. The floors weren’t clean and the bathrooms were dirty.
The espresso martinis were good. They were small for the price though. The parm one was interesting, I wouldn’t say it was as special as people hyped it up to be.
The spicy roni pizza had nice dough and crust. There wasn’t enough hot honey on it, but the jalapeños added some heat. It was ok.
Overall, I was surprised by the ambiance and everything was mediocre. I wouldn’t go back.

Can’t wait to go back!! We tried a few different flavors of the espresso martinis and got them with tequila instead of vodka. We also ordered the Tomato Pie & Seasonal Squash and Saucy Trifecta pizzas. All of it was delicious!

This place has really let go of itself. It just felt dirty while trying to give off “cool pizza cocktail bar” I’m afraid of what I would see if they turned up the lights.
The cocktails were good I will give them that credit. Ordered the Tikka Masala Pizza with a Cilantro Chutney sauce was great but it had a very gritty texture, I dont think they properly WASH AND DRIED the cilanto.I think the extra grit from the sand and the saltiness of the bacteria really amplified the flavor. Had the cesear salad and the romaine was definetly close the end of its shelf life it was a little bland. Cesar salad was pretty average.
Service was interesting the bartender was just kind of….aloof?

Exceptional Service, Exceptional Food!
Firstly, big shout out to Neal who was my server/bartender for the best recommendations. I’m not usually a big pizza fan BUT let me tell you, that Cacio E Pepe had me asking for seconds. I started off with the half and half Cheesy Bread, followed by the Caccio E Pepe then took home the Vodka Pesto (don’t judge me, it was honestly that good) . For drinks I enjoyed the Espresso Martini (with a twist cause they grate parmigiana reggiano on top, I was like whaaaatttt, then I was like mmmmmm )
Honestly, 10/10. The place is also mad cute and very Instagrammable 😉

Nothing amazing, just overall good restaurant. We came here because we’ve heard great things but we weren’t wowed. Our server Stevie was really nice & always checked on us. The description of the items seemed a bit off. As our appetizer we ordered the spicy sausages, which weren’t really spicy at all & the spicy roni as our entree. The pizza description listed pepperoni cups, and hot honey, but the pizza sauce seemed watery, wasn’t spicy at all, we didn’t get the hot honey flavors and it had regular pepperoni, maybe they ran out of certain ingredients. But it was a let down also, I ordered the guava Cosmo, I love smirking guava, but when the drink came out it didn’t taste like anything, not even a regular Cosmo, just missed the mark overall.

Food and ambiance was absolutely spectacular!! The service was also above and beyond. Definitely one of the best pizza places in the Philadelphia area. The bruschetta was very well put together and fresh. We got a couple different pizzas for the table, our favorites being the Jalapeño Pesto and classic Margherita. The dessert is shipped from Italy and was sooo good. Totally recommend the chocolate slice (forgot the official name). Looking forward to trying their cocktails next time, definitely will be coming back soon!
