I absolutely loved the food here. it truly captures the cozy and rich flavors of authentic Korean home cooking. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the restaurant has such a comfortable, homelike vibe. I tried the soups, and every single one was delicious. If you enjoy a good mix of tender meat and fresh veggies, the stir-fried pork is a must-try. I’ve also heard their raw crab is famous among Korean diners, and I can see why! Everything here feels fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Highly recommended!

Our Korean friend whose mom lives in the region recommended this restaurant to us. The food is really good, including the small dishes. The kimchi is one of the best I’ve ever had. The veggie wrap + Bulgogi came with a large bowel of real fresh vegetables. The Spicy Squid Udon is wonderful (we should have ordered the super spicy one). Service is friendly! Nice family restaurant
atmosphere.

The best authentic Korean restaurant hands down! The food is always delicious every single time. My two year old daughter also loves it just as much as I do. Great fast service. The Korean bbq ribs, raw marinated crab, and spicy udon octopus is a must every time I go. Not to mention their kimchi is the best I’ve ever had. The owners always greeting us with a smile. I have to visit at least once a month, it is just too good!

Small place that offers a good variety of dishes you find at a Korean eatery. We like to get the wrap set because it comes with a lot and a good variety of vegetables. I hope to try the other dishes in the future as well.

Our go to korean restaurant if we are craving for good soup, bibimbap and spicy pork.
The price point is very reasonable.
Plus it’s BYOB!

Came here for my mom’s birthday dinner. I couldn’t capture in pictures how great the food was. I think I might go to NJ just to visit this restaurant. The food was very fresh, tasty, and felt healthy. I would like to go there every day if possible.

I was really disappointed with the food here. The menu looked promising, but the dishes didn’t live up to the descriptions at all. The flavors were bland and flat nothing like authentic Korean food. The soups were watery and lacked seasoning, and the meat dishes were tough and chewy instead of tender. Even the kimchi stew, which should be flavorful tasted like it had been sitting for a while with barely any spice. For the prices they charge, I expected way better quality and taste. Definitely not worth it.

We dine out daily and have been to this particular restaurant many times. A main reason for our repeated visits is their very appealing beef tartare, a dish we rarely encounter at other establishments.

During today’s visit, we had a significant amount of food leftover. When the server boxed up our meal, we were given a surprisingly small container for the quantity of leftovers. We inquired about this, and the first server appeared visibly annoyed by our question, sighing and shaking head.

A different server later approached our table. As she cleared the plates, she uttered an unclear phrase that sounded like “awe da-da-da” as she was walking away.

Simultaneously, a man behind the front desk was holding up what looked like a phone, seemingly trying to record the interaction.

This combination of unhelpful service, evident annoyance, the cryptic comment, and the potentially intrusive recording attempt was extremely disturbing. We did not come to the restaurant to be met with such an unprofessional attitude.

Keep saying “awe da-da-da” to your customers,

PS: Take a look at the owner’s replies to their customer reviews. When you criticize their poor service, they started personal attacks.

They accused customers of lying and told people not to return. Lol
– “I hope you will be honest…”
– “hope not see you again…”
– “I hope you find a restaurant that serves you right away when you request it “
– “I hope you stop making self-centered judgements and stop posting low quality reviews.”
– “Customers!!! You shouldn’t speak carelessly about other people’s restaurants based on your own options!!!”

Even though there are lots of competitors near the area, they have Nakji Boggeum that stands out, and their Ssambab was good as well. Also, when I visited (I don’t know now), it was BYOB, which makes everything nicer to plan. I do recommend this restaurant if you are craving for something spicy.

This is how I imagined luxury Korean homemade food taste like. People work here are very friendly, place is clean and feels like home. Korean people said their Raw Crab is the best: I recommend to try one of the soups, all of them taste good. If you like meat and raw vegetables, definitely order the Stir-fried Pork.
