Baoshuan — literally translating to Chinese Treasure Ships that once carried the finest of China’s offerings to India and beyond. Featured on Condé Nast Traveller India’s Top 50 Restaurants list for both 2023 and 2025, Baoshuan is a celebration of the boundless and ever-evolving world of Chinese cuisine. Each dish takes you on a voyage across geography and time — from the serene vegetarian fare of Tang dynasty temples and the lantern-lit teahouses of Ming-era Suzhou, to the glamour of 1920s Shanghai and the refined cocktail culture of contemporary Hong Kong. Mentored by Chef Andrew Wong of London’s two-Michelin-starred A. Wong, the menu draws inspiration from China’s diverse regions and its 14 international borders.

I have been in this restaurant several times in the past and considered there was value for money, however it cant be same if the price is doubled.Google also needs to update the price range options to select; most expensive one being represented as 2000+ can not give a good idea about the restaurant price
We came here to have some exquisite Chinese cuisine and were not disappointed. We had ordered the unlimited set lunches with alcohol.
The dimsums (starters) were served hot and they kept coming in a steady stream, various different types of dimsums both veg and non veg, chicken and pork etc, all these were excellent.
The main course options are many and we selected one veg and non veg dishes.
The choice of alcohol varies from beer to wine, including whisky. We settled for Gin and tonic for the starters and white wine for the main. The dessert comprised of ice creams.
The staff are very attentive and particularly helpful, and have good knowledge. They also suggest suitable alcohol choices to complement the food
We will be definitely coming here for another round of lunch.
Our overall experience was excellent
in Delhi & decided to eat onsite at Baoshaun as we were tired & didn’t want to go out. It was the best decision!
This restaurant was a gem…..so much so that we ate there again on our return to Delhi before flying home.
First time we decided to have the tasting menu. OMG….I could believe the amount of food that was served. Every item was delicious & it was amazing value for money for the quality.
On our return trip we ordered off the menu & the Peking duck was a highlight…..chefs kiss! Both times we ordered the cocktail that came in the teapot….so unique & it went really well with the food.
The service was impeccable & nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
The service is impeccable as always , the food was good too, the view from the corner tables are to die for…
