Food is actually pretty darn good. I only had just ine problem, the lady here was a little bit to friendly. There is nothing wrong with that, not trying to be rude or anything but just making a suggestion, visit a table at least 3 times only, and space them out about every 5 to 9 minutes.
Lady here kept asking how I was every 3 minutes and I was just trying to enjoy my food. Other then thay everything else was great.

Ordered fried rice as my side and they gave me steamed rice with what looks like light soy sauce on it. Don’t offer it as a side if you’re not going to serve it.

Repeated bad experiences at Bao Fusion. My order is wrong every time… I ask for extra peppers, never get them. I ask if the chili oil and sriracha are in the bag before I leave, they say yes, I open the bag in front of them, and items are missing.
This is my biggest issue: do not lie to customers. If you don’t know whether an item is in the bag, check before saying yes. Because when you lie and I get home, I now have to drive 25 minutes back to get what should’ve been in my order from the start.
I’ve also had staff blame order mistakes on a “language barrier” when I literally had a 20-minute conversation in English with the person they claimed couldn’t understand me. Just own the mistake instead of making excuses.
The food could be great, but the consistent dishonesty and carelessness make it impossible to recommend.

Came in last night, still has amazing food, it’s a must try.
In these times it’s hard to find great service, lot’s of food for the money, and good food. This place hit the spot on all three, everything we ordered we had to get a to go box, didn’t expect so much. Eating inside was super stylish which is a change from the normal rundown looks with other places. Large pieces of meat & large portions, pictures don’t give it true justice. Servers was around every few minutes to make sure we was good till we got our food, then only came around every so often so we could eat in peace, Such a wonderful experience!

Stumbled across this very nice restaurant. We enjoyed some mushroom chicken, egg drop soup and spring rolls. Service was very good. I have to admit it was an off time when we arrived (2:30pm). Quiet and quick.

First time here at Bao’s Cafe. Order lunch special Mongolian beef with Egg drop soup. Egg drop soup tastes good. Mongolian beef dish is flavorful , tasty , and beef is tender. I would recommend you foodie to give a shot at this place. Happy food Happy Life..

Great food at great prices! The portions are great too. Not the hugest menu but a great selection and what they offer is great. The restaurant is very nice inside with nice lighting and clean restrooms. Friendly service staff They offer BOGO beer and a good variety of wines. Plenty of tables available and I noticed there was a lot of food being picked up to go. They also offer quite a bit of fancy teas and custom drinks that looked delicious that I’ll enjoy on my next several return visits to come.

If I could give a ZERO star I would definitely do! Not sure how they received this many good reviews. Definitely not as described within the reviews. Some of the food ordered was pretty GROSS and not edible! The absolutely poor service was the icing on the cake that made this place byfar the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for Chinese food!

We were in Rosenberg for an appointment, first time visiting the area and decided to try it out.
The food was decent, although smaller portions than I expected. We had fried fish fillets and pepper steak.
But the rice!!! The rice is outstanding and way better than any rice I’ve ever had in any Chinese restaurant. It was cooked to perfection and tastes amazing I literally started digging the rice without any entrees. Not sure if it’s an one time thing or if it always tastes this good, but will be back just for the rice.
