I bought mut sen lotus seeds for tet. Just more than7 days and it got all wet and green molds. I talked to Dung and he said it was ” ok to eat” and hung up with no apologies or offer to exchange. I bought 100 bánh cốm to bring on the plane. The owner’s mother gave me 2 free ones and already packed them. The owner said that they’re not free and took them out. She needs to learn customer service etiquette. I should have canceled my order! Will never be back to this awful place.
