House Full Of Boys
We decided to try this little place upon suggestion by my mother in law. Great Chinese, Vietnamese and sushi selection. Food was very good. The kids meals were enough to even satisfy an adult. The dinners for 2 could have easily fed 3 or more. We brought home left overs. Great amount of food at a good price. My boys loved the bobo strawberry smoothie. And we enjoyed the sushi we ordered. We will be back for sure.

This place USED to be amazing I don’t know what happened.

Long review…..

We ate here on 11.2.23 ordered the combination meal C for 3. This included Beef & Broccoli, Lemon Chicken, Ham Fried Rice, Jumbo Shrimp, Egg Rolls & Egg Drop Soup.
I also ordered a tempura shrimp sushi. It was in a section of the sushi menu called hand rolls. As many people who eat sushi know California rolls, tempura rolls and similar are generally a few dollars less and based on the ingredients of the 4 rolls in this category and pricing I thought that’s what these sushi rolls were (I would learn quickly how wrong I was).

We started with egg drop soup. It was your average egg drop soup and ok.
Then came jumbo shrimp and egg rolls.
One bite of my fried jumbo shrimp to realize it had not been cleaned. Stuck my fork down the side of the shrimp to verify and and the big long black trail….ugghhh gross. Not just one shrimp either. Obviously none of us wanted any more shrimp.

Egg rolls were fried and crispy on he outside and everything was mushy inside.

Well maybe better luck with ham fried rice. It was a weird yellow color but I tried to justify it. It was bland and the after-taste was terrible I wanted to scrape my tongue. I thought maybe it was me so I waited to see the others reactions. It didn’t take long for their faces to reflect what I had just experienced.

It had to get better right? My nephew had a bone in one of his pieces of lemon chicken (pictured). We asked for extra lemon sauce and carefully ate the chicken. The extra lemon sauce kinda of helped with the dry chicken.
The beef and broccoli was actually pretty good so I do have to give some credit there which, is why 2 stars (and the egg drop soup).

BUT somewhere in the middle of the craziness my sushi came wrapped like and ice cream cone???? And not sliced. I have never in 20 years of eating sushi seen anything like this. I had no knife to cut it. The eel sauce was squirted on the end like hot fudge on an ice cream cone. So finally after no knife, no idea how to eat this. I just scooped away some of the eel sauce tried to re-roll tightly (causing it to split) picked it up in 1 hand, held tight and dipped in soy sauce. What a nightmare.

The waitress wasn’t around because they were short staffed (need to give some grace here she didn’t make the food) she was running around like crazy. I wasn’t going to complain, our waitress was already running around to multiple tables & by the time they made something new or tried we would be late to our appointment.

If by some miracle we go back and things are different I will update my review but it would take an awful lot of arm twisting to get me to go back.

First time trying out the restaurant! Had the Seafood Pho and the Rare Beef Pho. And a potsticker appetizer. Great service! Fast, friendly, and offering a lot of helpful suggestions since it was our first time here. Both kinds of Pho were fantastic. Great flavor. The potstickers were delicious. But a little hard to eat, as they didn’t give us chopsticks until later. But this is wonderful food! Definitely worth eating here!

What a cute place with great service. The combo plate was really good. I really enjoyed the Kung Pao Chicken. Very flavorful and delicious. I did not like the sauce under the Solstice roll. We did see several other sushi rolls come out and they all looked really good. I highly recommend giving this place a visit.

They have a very large variety of food including Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese. The food is good. I give it four stars. A bit pricey. But five stars for the service. I regret not getting her name, but the girl that served us was SPECTACULAR. Best service experience I’ve ever had. She was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and authentically seemed like a great person. I would go back just for the service experience. We ordered a variety of things from the Chinese and Japanese menu. Their sushi chef wasn’t there but the owner made the Nigiri and the Volcano roll and they were fine. We will be back to try other things on the very large menu.

Really good sushi, with tons of vegetarian options as well. Quite atmosphere. The service is a little slow even during not so busy times, so order your rolls ahead of time.

Very nice setup for COVID and they actually had a sink in the foyer so customers could wash their hands before entering.

Ordered 3 Sweet Sour Chicken meals = OVER COOKED (very crunchy and stale) and COLD!

Jumbo Shrimp = OVER COOKED (very crunchy and stale)

Lettuce wrap appetizer was the only item that we ordered which seemed fresh. Otherwise an okay experience.

Ordered from online menu to take out. I arrived 30 minutes after ordering. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my food. The lemongrass beef was nothing like what the menu picture portrayed. I guess you have to provide your own fresh sliced cucumber, carrots and noodles. I was very disappointed. I have been there before and this place has gone downhill. I won’t be returning.

Service was very good and staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Hot ans Sour soup is somenof the best I have ever had. I have always had pork vermicelli dish served with cold noodles and these were hot. Not bad, just wasn’t what I was used to.

Great fast Asian food. We love that sushi rolls are half off if you dine in.

Recently returned and the sushi rolls are no longer half off and the (must be) new chef is terrible. Our edamame was totally coated with salt and my chow fun was burned. My friend said her food was edible but not excellent.
