Not bad, not good. I was excepted more from Japanese restaurant. Very simple food but taste good. Good fried rice. The shrimps in Bansai Seafood Fried Rice a little bit dry. Sushi combo that we had too simple. So, for the price we paid – nothing special.

Great entertainment value with wonderful food. Prices are on par for typical Hibachi restaurants. Great service and the meal preparation was excellent. Our chef made us laugh all throughout the cooking of our meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant! We shall return.

Stopped in for some hibachi! Was on vacation in Lagrange and decided to stop by. Excellent service! Excellent food! They gave me a portion big enough to feed two people that was my favorite part HUGE PORTIONS! Loved it wish we had one back in my hometown!

My wife and I have enjoyed Bonzai for 20 years.Always got your money s worth and great food .Went last Thurs 6;00 .Only one other customer ,Served us quick some broth that neither of us could manage ,then lettuce salad with dressing that seemed to look and taste like Mayo only .Server turned on grill it was blue hot but still 25 minutes , no Chef We finally decided to leave and pay for what we were served.Manager said no charge , No excuses….Will be back when recent customers report that things are good again..They were the best and we hope they come back.

Woaaaaahhh has this place gotten expensive ! 5 months ago we got hibachi for a family of four and it wasn’t over $100 ! BUT NOW! $155 just for us . Plus they only have one chef every day so the wait is so long ! Got there at 6:30 , 1 hour wait for seating , 1 hour and a half wait til we ate.

Usually a great place to eat. Walked in about 10 min after 5 and place was relatively empty but had to wait an hour for our food which was way below their standards and Very disappointed with this visit. The rice was way darker than usual and oily and shrimp looked like it had been drug across the floor and left under heat lamp way too long…tried 1 and threw rest of that abomination away. machine gun butt going off in the bathroom as I’m typing this is not how I planned my evening off . Not to mention the total waste of 60 bucks only to have your balloon knot rotate between the brown apple splatters and dry heave the remainder of this sad disappointing visit. Time , money and food all wasted.

We waited for an hour for a hibachi chef and never got one. When we told the front of house that we were going to leave, they didn’t care one bit. . Very unapologetic and rude. What a waste of time. I’ll tell everyone of our experience at Banzai.
