We are living in a hotel due to a total loss house fire. We ordered 2 taco salads, and a chilli cheese dog. The staff never acknowledged our food was ready. When asked, they stated, they were still making it. An hour, goes by, we ask about our food, and they say it’s been sitting on the counter. We then ask for it to be remade, and the staff acted as if it was an inconvenience.
Get back to the hotel, the chili cheese dog, doesn’t have cheese on it. Only one taco salad was placed in a box. This is absolutely terrible service

Typical fast food restaurant. Burger was good. Price was plenty fair. Would’ve given more stars if the meal came with a drink. At least a cup of water. Shouldn’t have to ask for that extra.

September 14, 2025 around 7:10- 7:15 pm Drive- thru was very, very, very, slow. Person taking orders has absolutely no customer service skills. Came on mic , person didn’t say Hello, welcome to Bantem Chef just “RUDE” RUDE, RUDE……. Please train staff to be more polite and helpful while working at your Business. Overall Customer Service on the drive- thru was a 0…….. If the employees don’t have any customer service skills they shouldn’t be allowed on the drive- thru window. The kind of service we received this evening is the kind of service that I know the Owner Beth Lancaster nor Michelle would not tolerate. If you don’t want to work and be pleasant when working the drive- thru just clock out and go home…. It doesn’t cost anything to be NICE…..

Just got a cheese steak with extra meat and cheese and it was prime time! Best cheese steak I’ve had since moving to the south about 15 yrs ago. Fries were perfect…service was fast and food was hot. Thank you for making lunch taste so yummy. Appreciate the entire staff

Great milkshakes, best in town. The food is hit and miss, but most of it is prepared with care. The food looks very appealing to sight and smell. All in all, it’s not a bad place to grab a burger and shake. Especially the shakes.
