The service was wonderful.
The food was a silently delicious. Truly knocked my socks off!
Nearly the entire menu is gluten free.
I got fried mushrooms, fried green tomatoes, a blackened chicken burger with fried okra and fried jalapeño’s, and fried chicken and Mac n cheese.
Everything was amazing.
10/10 recommend for everyone with a gluten intolerance or celiac. This kitchen is safe and dedicated to gluten free goods.

Bantam & Biddy was such a great find! The fried mushrooms were absolutely delicious — perfectly crispy on the outside and full of flavor, filled with a dollop of pimento cheese… definitely a highlight of the meal. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles and loved every bite, especially the unique twist of having bacon cooked right into the waffle.
On top of the great food, I was impressed by how many gluten-free and vegan options were available in their bakery area. It’s clear they’ve put thought into making sure there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Friendly service, tasty food, and inclusive options make this a spot we’ll definitely return to next time we’re in Chattanooga!

I’m not used to having options. I got gluten free chicken and waffles, which I have never had a chance to have unless I made it myself, cheesy grits and tiramisu. The food was absolutely delicious.
I left full, fat, and happy. No tummy issues which is amazing in itself.

I couldn’t rate this place highly enough. Service was exceptional, very friendly. I got a GLUTEN FREE banana bread waffle and GLUTEN FREE fried tenders! If you’re gluten free, then this is the place for you- so many options and delicious. My partner had French toast (not gluten free) and also really enjoyed his meal. 10/10

Amazing dinner tonight! Just stopped by the Chattanooga location since the Atlanta location never fails. Tough contest! Both are amazing! Staff was knowledgeable about allergies. Everything but tortillas and biscuits can be made gluten free. Highly recommend the fried green tomatoes with seasoned goat cheese!

I came here today due to another place being closed and it was a nice rescue for someone new to requiring gluten free food. I was given a thorough explanation of the menu options and how food is prepared so that I could make the best informed decision on my order without fear of cross contamination. I ordered 2 eggs scrambled, bacon, GF toast, and an add on GF waffle. The sticker shock is why I’ve not given it a full 5 stars. I understand GF foods are more expensive, but I struggle to understand why one waffle can be justified to cost $12.99. It cost more than my eggs and bacon, which were great! I ordered a drink with my food and just mine alone cost just over $30. The atmosphere was adequate- good music played at an acceptable volume, but it seemed they were in a stage of re-stocking items and so boxes of food material were out and about and it felt like a film of grease was in the air and on the table. Not a fan of paper straws in general, but I understand how they can lower our harmful impact on the environment. My mom ordered blueberry pancakes and got 3 massive ones! Not GF and she said they were delicious but also pricey at $13.99 I believe.

The staff here are super nice and it’s a nicely decorated and welcoming spot. I had one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. It was perfectly seasoned, crispy, juicy, and the sauce was delicious. This is more of a personal preference but I wish the bacon wasn’t so crispy. It’s shattering crispy which I know a lot of people like but so much fat is rendered off that you can’t taste the bacon as much. I wish they had an upgrade option to get thick bacon. The sweet potato fries were on point as well. My wife got the omelet which she enjoyed as well. It was so big she had to take half of it home. We also go the Green Monster and the Apple Zing which were both refreshing. I really look forward to going back and trying some of the other menu items. Sorry about the half eaten sandwich picture but when they put it down in front of me, I started devouring it!

Tried for the first time via catered box lunches and wow it was so good!! The bacon ranch chicken sandwich was so yummy, the portion was huge. The deviled egg potato salad and banana pudding was also delicious. I also like that they served mostly in paper and not much plastic. I definitely hope to come in and see the atmosphere and service in the future. Thanks for a great meal

I had an excellent breakfast at Bantam & Biddy in Chattanooga and can’t recommend it enough. The breakfast chicken tacos were the standout—fresh, flavorful, and way better than your typical morning option. I paired them with a matcha latte, which was smooth, balanced, and just the right kind of morning pick-me-up.
I also took a gluten-free muffin home for later, and it was wonderful—moist, flavorful, and honestly one of the better gluten-free baked items I’ve had anywhere. They were very conscious and accommodating for people with celiac, which I really appreciated.
A big shout-out to Ms. Patty at the front counter. She was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, and her warm energy set the tone for the whole visit.
If you’re in Chattanooga and want a breakfast spot that nails both food and service, Bantam & Biddy is absolutely worth the stop.
