LOVE this place! I haven’t tried a wide variation of their offerings (I’m such a creature of habit, I’m always ordering the same thing), but the Lattes are amazing – probably the silkiest, pillowy-est milk foam I’ve EVER had in a Latte, and the espresso is SUPER smooth! Most places, the strength of the espresso comes with a bitter harshness I’m not crazy about, but I figured “that’s how you know it’s strong & working!” Not so! Bankhouse espresso is shockingly tame/pleasant on the palate.

This was an old bank and post office during its past lives. Coffee was great and the place was really cool inside.

New to the neighborhood and we have been in a handful of times. The barista’s are always friendly and outgoing. The coffee is hot and they always have oatmilk which is a necessity for me. Glad to have a coffee shop in our backyard almost. The atmosphere is always inviting and the place has a nice feel to it.

I love this place when you going for a few years! I think the history behind the building is amazing… if you’re someone who is used to McDonald’s or Starbucks coffee this will be a game changer it’s always fresh! Never understaffed the vibes are what Starbucks used to be in the early 2000s very Homie magazines a few board games don’t forget there’s a bathroom in the back! If you’re visiting Long Beach or lived here and never explored, I would definitely recommend them

It’s currently 5 July and most everything downtown is closed but not them!!
Also, they have a drive-through if you can’t find parking, I would suggest parking at sonic or a little further down the road you can turn into the side of the radish restaurant

Found something new on the menu today (probably only knew cause I’ve never tried it)
I was originally going to get coffee and then go to a big shop across the street but they were closed today so I ended up getting an apple pie muffin !! Wow did not disappoint

They do have Wi-Fi. The password is out in front at check out don’t know how good it is because I’ve never used it.

I’ve had a few dates here. I even know someone who got engaged in the front of the building lol definitely a Long Beach must!

What are you waiting for? Go get some great coffee!!!

WOW! Today was my very first time ever coming in here, and I already can’t wait to come back. It’s so incredibly relaxing in here, smells fantastic, and feels like a comfy little piece of history and home. There’s tables and chairs, a couch, board games, books, etc. Seriously, a Need-To-Visit for everyone!
I highly recommend the White Mocha Frappuccino!

Espresso yourself and head to Bankhouse Café!

We stumbled upon this brew-tiful spot on the Gulf Coast and wow—the matcha here is matcha made in heaven! Honestly, it’s the best we’ve sipped outside of one special spot in New Orleans.

The milkshake? She shook us in the best way. Creamy, dreamy, and gone in seconds. But the real kicker? Three iced drinks for just $15. That’s right—no need to sell a kidney for caffeine here. Finally, a café that’s not over-roasted or overpriced.

Oh—and did we mention it’s inside a restored old Hancock County bank? We felt rich just sitting in there.

If you’re in the Gulf Coast and need a pick-me-up that won’t grind your wallet, Bankhouse Café is the brew crew you need. Highly recaffeinated—I mean, recommended!

My husband and I stopped in for a coffee and pastry. A beautiful place. I love the brick walls. I got an iced mocha latte, which was delicious, and a lemon cranberry muffin, also delicious. My husband ordered a cafe au lait and a blueberry scone, and enjoyed both. The coffee is smooth, no bitter taste. We are from out of town, but will definitely be back whenever we come back to Long Beach, MS.

A place that works, a place that breathes

Bankhouse Coffee isn’t trying to be trendy, it’s trying to be useful. And it succeeds. I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but I come here often—to meet, to work, to sit with my laptop and watch the rhythm of Long Beach unfold through the windows.
This is where locals pass through, where conversations happen without pretense, where the baristas know how to keep things moving without losing the human touch. It’s not loud, it’s not flashy, it’s just right. The kind of place that doesn’t need to shout to be heard.

If you’re looking for a spot to get things done, to catch up with a friend, or just to be part of the everyday pulse of the Gulf Coast, this place delivers. It’s clean, it’s welcoming, and it’s woven into the fabric of the town.

Support places like this. They matter.

Pretty great coffee experience! As a transformed old bank, the interior is a really neat space. The coffee is Coast Roast coffee so you know it’s good. I also love sitting in the outdoor alley area, but there are no outlets outside if you are working on a laptop.

I’m a neighboring business worker. Come here often. Just called to place a coffee order and the lady said they would get to it if we can I guess because it’s a call in. I’m working to. That’s why I needed to call in and wait. I pass up Starbucks because I work next door to y’all. Well Starbucks will see me everyday for now on. I’m so upset with service being basically considered an aggravating customer.
