That lemon had some yummy drop and the knob creek maple old fashioned was aged to perfection

Definitely good vibes and atmosphere. Drinks were priced very reasonably and quite tasty.

I enjoyed the art and learning about a bank Robert couple!

Bring your dad jokes and test the bartenders wit if you dare! You may even be able to earn a free drink if you are really good. But no promises.

Love the new atmosphere! Feels extremely high-end, nice change of pace for the main street bars. Drinks were thoughtfully crafted and offer a different experience than the other college bars. I think this is a great change as an SDSU alumnus who frequented downtown often. Bartender was agreeable and quick to change out a drink made with flat tonic.

Friendly service, a fun atmosphere and $7 old fashion since it’s Friday … what’s not to love? And the bartender was even kind enough to laugh at my husband’s dad jokes – give it a try!

Ordered a Manhattan shortly after they opened. I knew I had a problem when the bartender had to look at her phone to see what it was. The problem depended when she informed me they had no vermouth – neither dry nor sweet. Not sure how a bar advertising itself as a cocktail joint has no vermouth. But here it is… nice interior though.

No food but super classic bar.
Needs a dehumidifier to cut the damp mold given the 100-year-old building

I think it’s one of the better bars in downtown Brookings. It’s definitely the best decorated.

Terrible service. The waitress sipped her wine and visited with friends without acknowledging us for over 10 minutes. No wonder it was nearly empty.
