This is hands down the best bánh mì I’ve had in San Francisco.
The meat-to-bread ratio is incredible — the sandwich is generously packed with beef and super satisfying. The flavors are beautifully balanced: a little sweet, a little spicy, with a bright tangy kick. As you keep eating, you can even notice the fresh aroma of lemongrass. Absolutely delicious.
I’m very particular about bánh mì baguettes — they shouldn’t be too thick. I like them light, airy, and shatteringly crisp on the outside. The bread here is exactly how it should be, and it even looks beautiful. Everything just works. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Delicious Bun (vermicelli) with beef add-on. Generously portioned, fresh veggies and herbs, well-marinated protein and satisfying nuoc cham dressing. House-made spicy sauce makes for an even more well-rounded flavor, especially for those eager for heat.

First time purchasing food from here and it was very enjoyable. I’ve never had a “Fishcake Banh Mi” and wow this was good. I’ll order this again. Good prices for the area and the portion size is generous. Very friendly staff at the register.

Little sandwich shop by Glen Park station. No tables inside but there is a bench to sit on while you wait for your order. Pork banh mi was delicious. My top 5 in SF. Sandwich was longer than expected and bread was crunchy on the outside. Meat was seasoned well with just a little kick of spiciness. Carrots was marinated well too. I also got the tofu roll and it was okay. Everything tasted fresh. Will be back to try other selections.

Perfect place to grab a great pork sandwich on the way to the BART station. Sandwich was neatly constructed and full of tasty sweet pork. Busy during lunch time. Decent price.

Amazing Banh Mi! Everything about it was amazing. I usually have trouble with the crispy portion but this bread had a thin crisp with a nice soft inner. When I went around 2pm they ran out of pork so I got a beef instead. No regrets because this is the best beef banh mi I’ve ever had. Very tender meat and well seasoned. I loved the amount of veggies packed in as well.

Terrific Banh Mi joint serving hunks of succulent lemon grass pork tucked in crusty fresh bread for under 10$. Really friendly family run business definitely worth checking out.

delicious banh mis!! my partner and i have driven by this place a couple times before we decided to finally try out of curiosity. it’s a small to go joint. we got the chicken banh mi and beef teriyaki banh mi and both were super good. really fresh and chock full of meat. the teriyaki also had onions that were cooked with the beef. honestly i would’ve liked less meat and more veggies but that’s just my preference and it was still very tasty.
based on menu vegetarian options are tofu and fish cake.
the person who took our order and made the sandwiches was friendly and professional.

Fannntastic bánh mì shop in Glen Park. So glad to get another great lunch option in downtown, and I might say this is now the top lunch option in town. Everything I’ve had has been exceptional, and the folks working there are the loveliest people.
