Ăn món này thấy nhớ nhà quá ❤️
We ordered the Saigon Special and Beef Lemongrass sandwiches along with the Vietnamese ice coffee.
They bake their own bread, this little shop is able to produce some high quality sandwiches that rivals to those in Little Saigon, SGV, San Jose, and Houston. The French bread has a nice crunch meanwhile still soft interior. The vegetables were fresh and didn’t skimp out on the protein either. But the big difference between the other places is the quality of pate spread they use is divine!
The coffee was a surprise as it’s not using Lee’s concentrate that you can get at Costco.
All in all, they’re a small family business who is just getting their start and still trying to figure out their efficiency. There’s not a lot of seating and wait can be a while. If there’s an immediate improvement would be any photos for their sandwiches will help.
Unfortunately, their Vietnamese coffee and beef stew weren’t available yet — the staff said coffee would be ready the next day and the beef stew maybe next week. It feels like they’re still in a soft opening phase. Honestly, instead of having a bunch of items unavailable, I wish they’d just simplify the menu for now so it doesn’t look like half the items are out.
We ordered the Chicken, Saigon and Pork banh mi. All $8 each. The bread was perfectly toasted. Crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside.
I’m normally a Vietnamese deli meat kinda gal, but their Chicken and Pork banh mi were both meaty, juicy and delicious. Their Saigon was lacking something, I just couldn’t figure out what.
I’ll definitely come back once their full menu is ready. If the rest of their food is as good as those sandwiches, it’ll be worth the wait.
We arrived around noon and there was no wait. Our order came out in under 10 minutes, and the total was around $27 for all three sandwiches.
We’ve been waiting for a banh mi spot like this in Vegas, and this place absolutely delivers. Hands down the best banh mi in town! Can’t wait to come back and try more.
The Vietnamese coffee was just as impressiv! smooth, bold, and rich with that signature sweetness that makes you instantly want another cup. Truly unforgettable.
A huge thank you to Mae and the team for the exceptional service and incredible attention to detail. They made the experience feel personal, welcoming, and memorable from start to finish.
If you’re looking for the best of the best, this is the spot.
