Pretty good tofu banh mi (vegan). Bread roll didn’t seem super fresh but everything else did and the tofu was super tasty. Good service.

absolutely horrible. this is probably my first time putting all on 1 star. I rarely put bad service on google review but if I put it there that means it’s is awful.
I also concern for their hygiene, like the dining table is so sticky, can you imagine how about in the kitchen?
they didn’t provide a metal cutlery for a restaurant not a food court. not even tap water.
they also served me a burnt fried egg and chops, those colours are real and I didn’t use filters. taste for pork chop are ok, but since they didn’t provide a proper cutlery, it is very hard to eat.
they served me burnt fried egg which literally served me a poison (oil above smoking point) and it triggered the smoke alarm.
rice also not fresh, probably rice from last night or in the early morning, I went there around 4pm.
what shocked me when I told them the food was burnt is “yeah it’s okay” like not even a remorse and laugh.
$20 for this kind experience is actually rip off, I can get a better experience even cheaper in place like bondi (sydney) which known for everything expensive.
I will keep these pics for a while in case google take it down

I have been a regular customer here since they opened. My go to is the crispy pork Banh Mi. They used to be really good but the last one was pretty ordinary but I thought I would give them another chance today but unfortunately it missed the mark by a long shot. The roll was soft with no crunch, the crackling was ‘break your teeth’ hard and in general it was dry and lacking flavour. Sorry there wont be a next time.

The Bahn mi was decent but the roll needs to be toasted. My main concern is I don’t think they were putting on new gloves after handling money (notes and coins) – which turned me off my lunch. Incredibly unhygienic.

We really enjoyed the food here. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, especially the Banh Mi and Com Tam. This place was recommended to us by our friends from the USA. The service was fast, and the staff were very polite. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Overall, it was a great dining experience!

The food was really good and well-seasoned. Portions were generous and the price was reasonable. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others.

The banh mi I got was full of fatty white pork, it was soggy and the roll was not crusty. Really annoyed as I drove around the block for 20 minutes trying to get a park.
