We ordered mixed starters which were a great way to begin — the fish cakes were packed with flavour and the satay chicken was absolutely amazing, perfectly cooked with a rich, delicious sauce.
For mains, the duck red curry with coconut rice was outstanding — genuinely one of the best red curries I’ve had. The depth of flavour was incredible, rich, fragrant and perfectly balanced. The coconut rice complemented it beautifully. The chicken with cashews was also excellent — tender chicken with great texture and a lovely savoury sauce.
Service was very friendly and attentive throughout, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Just worth noting there were no alcohol-free beer options available, and a 10% service charge is added to the bill.
Overall, a brilliant meal with amazing flavours — we’ll definitely be back!
Will definitely come back here soon.
The pictures have come out yellow but that’s my fault not the food.
Top place. Highly recommended
The staff are so lovely and attentive! As a solo diner I was made to feel very welcome.
The menu was huge but I settled for a favourite: Chicken Pad Thai.
It was the best I’ve had! Very generous portion, delicious, beautifully presented, I would absolutely eat it again.
Highly recommended!
Instead of opting for a set meal, we ordered from the menu, which allowed us to enjoy a variety of dishes. Every plate looked amazing, and the quality was consistent across the board. I personally had the tom yum with prawns, and the chilli beef—both were excellent, bursting with authentic Thai flavours and perfectly cooked.
The environment was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring the meal ran smoothly despite the size of our group.
Highly recommended for both large groups and smaller outings. A wonderful spot for delicious Thai food and great hospitality.
i tried a decent selection of dishes from the starters and in my honest opinion, none really stood out. we ordered the crispy fish sauce chicken wings, the fishing basket and spring rolls and all seemed a bit too oily, the flavour was there but we couldn’t escape from the grease but that might have been my
indecisiveness wreaking havoc and poor pickings were made.
i then gladly dived head first into their tom yum soup as this was the star of the show and soon i forgot about any lacklustre appetisers – very flavourful and rich, far from the stuff you get out of a jar! if this was the soup i had to drink for the rest of my life, i think i’d be okay with that.
another mention is their massaman curry with tender bits of beef and potatoes in a sweet mild curry sauce – may be biased but i dont care, anytime there’s potatoes stewed in a curry sauce, i’m gonna like it because potatoes are god-tier vehicles for flavour and this massaman was no exception to that fact.
would definitely go to Bangrak again.
