Overall, everything was good, but the customer service from the lady named Blanco was horrible. I first called on the phone and she screamed while speaking to me. Because of that, I decided to go in person, but the experience was even worse. She had a terrible attitude, kept rolling her eyes, and was mumbling under her breath the entire time. It was very unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant.

I usually visit the Larchmont location but I wanted to give the Scarsdale location a try.
The establishment had tons of flys indoors which is why I took my order to go.
I usually get a bowl with shrimp and avocado along with other toppings. The bowl is $15+ and came with 3 shrimps and half a avocado that was not sliced for enjoyment. The preparer did not put love in to preparing my order. A bit overpriced for a bowl of rice and three pieces of shrimp.
I also ordered their lemonade which was not tasty at all.
This is the Last time I visit this location.

Like most good things, it eventually comes to an end. Bang Bowls use to be my absolute favorite place to grab an acai bowl in the Westchester area. The first couple of visits were pleasant-great atmosphere, and an amazing acai bowl. I began requesting that they put 1/2 the amount of granola bc it was just a bit much for what was supposed to be mainly acai. Turns out, when you request 1/2 the granola, they simply leave half of your bowl empty, rather than using the (now extra) space for more acai puree. I brought this to the managers attention over the phone, on 2 occasions, after I ordered through Uber Eats and was very disappointed that the bowl was half empty. He explained that the workers were still putting the standard amount of acai puree in the bowl and that when it was being completely filled, the employees were new and did not know how many scoops to put in. I then stopped asking for 1/2 the granola bc it was senseless to not fill the remaining part of the bowl with acai puree. Today was honestly the last time I will be a Bango Bowl consumer bc they are far from consistent in their product. Today’s order was just another Acai Bango Bowl (giving them the benefit of the doubt), which turned out to be the worst–what actually ended up being a Granola Bowl, with a thin layer of acai puree. Unreal.

The manager was very kind and accommodated the changes I requested, despite some confusion and operational difficulties. Great service – will be returning here again!

Great place! Love all the options for fruits and toppings. Add-ons can be pricey for some but stay informed. As for the food, it’s also very good — I recommend the Poke bowls. Super delish!

The staff is very friendly ! The girl working the counter is great. They do however need to change or turn on the exhaust fan, every time I leave there I smell like grilled foods .
