Beautiful unique building, hidden upstairs where you’ll find an amazing clean cozy restaurant tucked away with a nice view and comfortable seating, buatifully decorated and great ambiance
Staff were very kind and through asking us if we had allergies from the beginning of our arrival.
Pretty reasonably priced as well.
This is nice for a flavor packed, reasonably priced, filling but also “light” meal. I have tried the green curry, red curry, my grandsons favorite pad thai and spring rolls here and many dishes, I am a returning customer love that you can adjust the spice level and they have great mango sticky rice unique dessert that very tasty

I have ordered takeout from Bangkok Thai many times, and they have consistently made great dishes. I highly recommend trying the pad thai, red curry soup, sweet cashew stir fry, and mango and coconut sticky rice. The red curry soup is definitely my favorite. Everything has great flavor combinations and is never too spicy. I’ll definitely have to try their food in person one day!

This was our first time here and the food was great. Good sized portions for the price and excellent service. The bar menu is very limited: wine or two brands of beer. It looks like the building may be undergoing restoration, so it is a little messy going up the stairs from Osborne. Good views of The Village.

Amazing spot in Osborne Village!
Bangkok Thai is hands-down one of the best places to eat in Winnipeg. The food is super flavorful and authentic—every dish we tried was spot on. Huge shoutout to the chefs for absolutely nailing it!
The service was just as impressive. Friendly, fast, and really knowledgeable. You can tell the whole team cares about what they do.
This place is a total gem in Osborne Village. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

The lunch was great. Ordered pad Thai. The flavors were there. It was a little greasy. Place is open Thursday and Friday for lunch which is best since the building is sketchy. The lunch special is 10.99. And worth a try. Also nice staff.

I took my kids out for Thai food for the first time. My son choose Bangkok Thai. I was surprised at how easily we found parking and access to the building. Ordering was easy and our waiter was very friendly and helpful. Food came quick and was quite delicious. Portions were large and we took home the leftovers. We loved the decor and the seating was comfortable and beautiful. We will definitely be going back.

The food was just okay, pretty average overall. Personally, I’d prefer other Thai spots in Winnipeg like Sassy Thai or Coconut Island next time.
The service, though, was awful. After we sat down, the server came over and literally tossed the menus onto the table without a greeting. I don’t mind a casual approach, but a little courtesy or a smile would’ve gone a long way.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend dining in or returning.

I ordered a Pad Phet stir fry and it was upsetting to see the choice of vegetables…. An excessive amount of white onions and Chinese cabbage cut up into cubes…
Quality and taste has gone downhill.

Complete rip off. The portions are very little considering the price charged for it. We ordered a sizzling seafood and asked to replace mussels with more shrimps. But thwy didnt do that and also the dish was full of onions, there was no element of a sizzling dish. We also ordered chicken fried rice and it was just ok but I felt it was over priced. For the same price, there are many other better Thai restaurants in town.
