Recently moved to the area and had asked what was good to get. So many people recommend Bangkok Thai so it was first on our list! It did NOT disappoint. The pad Thai + extra peanut sauce was delicious and flavorful! The appetizer was shrimp with sweet and sour sauce which also was amazing. Service was fast, friendly, and on point. They aren’t doing full dine in service at the moment but you can grab a seat and order at the counter and honestly I loved that everything was already in to go boxes. 10/10 recommend! We will be back!

Our go-to for Thai on the east side. Flavorful dishes, fresh veggies, friendly service. Online orders always accurate, on time and temperature hot.
Note: 2 star/Medium spicy is quite spicy (face sweating a bit), so adjust accordingly

Delicious Thai food and Good customer service. It’s a small place, limited parking but slightly manageable. We felt the quantity of food was slightly less. But definitely worth a try to this restaurant.

Great food! We haven’t been here for a while. It’s changed a lot. Now more like to take out instead of sit in restaurant, but the food still good!
We had Pad Sew Ew with shrimps and Panang Curry with chickien!

Bangkok is one of my two favorite Thai restaurants in the region (the other being Peppermint Thai). While the latter is more upscale and refined, Bangkok offers straightforward, no frills (and no table service), but exceptionally delicious food. Everything we’ve tried here – and we’ve been multiple times – has been outstanding, especially the tom yum soup, Bangkok in love, pad Thai, and stir fried eggplant. And, for the chili aficianados, the kitchen really brings the heat! Pro tip: if you like it excruciatingly hot, you can both order food “death level” (which is a notch above their “Thai hot”) and also request some of their home grown peppers on the side. The family who run the restaurant are also a real treat, and the sweetest people you’ll meet!

Mostly a takeout place. We dined in and they still served food in takeout containers and plastic utensils. A little strange but the food tasted good. I never expected a fine dining experience, so overall it’s fine. They also serve alcoholic drinks.

Of all the local owned places in the Mayfield Heights area, Bangkok consistently ranks among the best between me and my peers. Service is fast, the staff are extremely attentive and friendly towards customers (taking a point to remember our names each time we come back), and the food is incomparably good. I’m a spice fiend and Thai doesn’t mess around with their higher level spiced meals.

We were in town visiting and had a craving for Thai food. First place we chose was closed so this was the second on the list and I’m soooo glad we went. Customer service great, loved how friendly the lady taking orders and greeting us was. Food came out quicker than I expected and was so delicious. I got the shrimp pad thai, vegetable gyozas, Thai tea and black mango sticky rice. Everything was cooked perfectly and very flavorful, I wish there was a larger serving for the mango sticky rice, but it was still delicious. Didn’t get to take pics of my husband’s food but he enjoyed it as well lol

Would definitely recommend this thai place! The crazy noodles and basil fried rice were both excellent dishes. The heat of both was as expected.
The staff was very kind and helpful in ordering and the limited serving they did.
It’s more like take out than dine in right now, so it’s no frills and a bit worn down inside. BUT I’ll take great thai food over great thai decor any day. would eat again

Great food and taste is authentic. I had Pat Prik King with 3/4 on the spicy scale. The rice comes out in a nice cone shape presentation. The waitress, Peaches, was very nice and helpful with our order.
