I went here today for the first time with my wife and Mom. Our waitress was an absolute delight, the food was completely delicious, and the atmosphere is very clean and nice. You can tell that the food is made to order and very fresh. My shrimp was perfectly cooked and the spring rolls were crunchy and perfect. There were also lots of vegetarian options. Definitely a hidden gem!

This place is THE local lunch spot. We walked in and there was 4-5 groups having work lunches. The service is great even though there was only one waitress. She was very attentive and funny. And kept us updated when our food had to be remade because it wasn’t exactly how we ordered it and she would only serve us the best. The place is small and the parking is tight but its totally worth it.

I think that other multiple businesses that haven’t succeeded at this location have possibly given a bad wrap to this business.
I have been watching this business and noticed not much business was going on here, but I did give it a try last evening AND so glad I did! I ordered dumplings, a soup, and coconut pudding. ALL were very flavorful and satisfying. The soup, I did ask for it not to be spicy, but it was, it took me a while, but I made it through it; and enough was leftover to take home. I almost forgot to mention that the waitress brought me a salad with ginger dressing, refreshing.
The coconut pudding was a new dessert for me to try. The waitress did mention for me to be sure to eat the top and bottom layer together all in one bite. There are two gelatin layers. The bottom is mostly like a gelatin paste, and the top definitely is the coconut flavoring, but together, it is very tasty!
The customer service was excellent. She came back several times to check and make sure everything was satisfactory. She continued to refill my water glass, and when I requested a to go container and bag, she was more than happy to accommodate. I really do recommend stopping rather than bypassing this local Norfolk establishment. Even if the parking lot is empty, give it a try. I believe you will be very happy you did as I was. I will be returning to this local establishment again.

I really like thai food, but its difficult to find a good restaurant in Norfolk. I really love Bangkok thai, they are perfect for my taste and I have several favorite items on their menu. I already brought a few friends here with me and they were all impressed. Great flavors here!

20 yrs in Asia here and I found this local spot a solid choice. Cheaply-priced decent portions of yummy hot food served quickly by very friendly staff in a nice simple atmosphere environment. Had pad see ew, chicken satay, and a Thai tea for lunch this week. Ample parking easy-to-find location. Would come back to try the spicy dishes.

Well kept secret but the constant coming and going of uber eats and pick up orders let me know I was in the right place. When you put a Thai restaurant in the hood it should be a gamble but the helpful staff explained the dishes. The food was good a little bit spicy than predicted. Still enjoyed my meal, parking was no problem and clean bathrooms. I can’t wait to go back.

Our first time in the Norfolk area and we happen to find this spot. Must say that every dish we ordered was delicious! Hands down the BEST crab rangoons I’ve ever had (and I’ve ordered from many places!) The portions and the prices were decent. We’ll definitely come back if we’re ever in the area. Tried this restaurant due to its reviews and weren’t dissapointed. We almost left due to the unassuming exterior of what was inside. We’re pleasantly surprised once inside. Clean quaint place. Wing appetizer were large wings with several flavors and spice levels to chose from my wife and I ordered 3 entries to share and take home which were all excellently prepared and were better than most Thai places we have tried. Waitress was very attentive to our needs checking up with us frequently. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will surely be returning.
