Classic Thai dishes are served in a setting with a warm ambiance & Southeast Asian decor.

We had passed by Bangkok Thai a few times after going to No-li Brewing. Thought it looked nice and finally gave it a try.
The place is pretty neglected and our table was clean but sticky at the same time (if that is possible) . Had to use our fingernails to detach the menus from the table. It was like the varnish was melting off. That stuff doesn’t really bother me if the food is good.
Well, the food was not good.
My Thai chili wings looked to be well cooked but were cold at the bone and dry. My wife’s Pineapple chicken tasted like the Safeway Chinese food after it had sat in the case for a full shift, dry and chewy. My stepdaughter’s Beef in oyster sauce was cold and very salty. The sauce was hot but the beef was refrigerator cold.
We were the only people in there at 2pm on a sunday.
The food seemed to have been par cooked a day or two in advance then tossed in a wok to reheat.
83 dollars for lunch I expect a little more effort.
Will not be back.
Staff was very nice.

I was excited to try this restaurant and even arrived before it opened. The interior design is interesting—a mix of styles that caught my attention. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there.
It took about 30 minutes just to place our order, and nearly another 30 minutes for the food to arrive, even though the place wasn’t busy. We ordered Tom Yum, but they didn’t bring any bowls or spoons until we specifically asked, which was disappointing.
The food itself was average, nothing special. Overall, the slow service and lackluster experience left me disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Great service and food is flavorful. Not sure price for portion and quality is quite up to par, but you can’t beat the views or kind staff.

They have the tastiest tom yum in town! Just always choose shrimp, not chicken. The fried rice with pineapple was a great choice too. The service was friendly and very quick

We stopped in at Bangkok Thai for a takeout order and were welcomed with friendly service and a warm atmosphere. My daughter’s Pad Thai was absolutely delicious, and the spring rolls were not only tasty but impressively large. While the Thai BBQ chicken wasn’t quite to my taste, that was more about my choice than the restaurant itself. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and we’ll definitely be back to enjoy more of their flavorful dishes.

Came to have lunch and ordered Gang Massaman (Yellow Curry) I also ordered a Thai Iced Tea. The tea came out promptly and the food about 15 -10 minutes after. The food was delicious the yellow curry seemed a bit more red/orange but still had great flavor and taste I selected chicken as the protein and it was well cooked not dry and great texture. The Rea was refreshing and had good flavor and the ambiance was amazing great aesthetics, great dining both I door and outdoor and being right by the centennial trail and river makes for a great dining experience. The only issue I had was with the server who seemed to be more focused on getting me in and out. Had I not felt so rushed, I may have had a better experience.

I wish Google would go to a 10-star rating system, because so many restaurants don’t truly deserve a 5 for food. That said, a 4 for Bangkok Thai is too low.
We had lunch there recently, and my wife, a vegetarian, had a great meal. We’d give it a 9. The food was genuinely good—fresh, thoughtful, and not your typical stuff bought off a Sysco truck. Sure, maybe some ingredients came from suppliers, but what we ate felt made with care.
If No-Li isn’t an option and we don’t want to drive far, Bangkok Thai is definitely where we’d go.

Ordered Beef Fried Rice and Beef Pad Se Ew. Pad Se Ew had more broccoli than wide noodles. It was very salty and had a burnt taste. Took a few bites and in the trash it went. Fried rice was a touch less salty and same burnt taste. Ended in the trash as well. Worst Thai food I’ve ever had. Waste of my hard earned money.

I was very excited to try this place out until I tasted my food. Stopped by for lunch today with my mother and ordered the Lunch combo special w/ Chicken Pad Thai and Sweet & Sour chicken. Honestly, the worst pad Thai I’ve ever had in Spokane area, I typically go to Pad Thai Cuisine on Southhill area and will beg for forgiveness for ever trying this place out. The Pad Thai was oily, no flavor, burnt, overly fishy, no tamarind flavor, no lime given and speckled with old char from whatever cooking surface was used. Chicken satay was yummy and they were out of mangos for sticky rice. The location is beautiful and super unique, however, the food execution was not on par. The plate looks beautiful but the flavors were severely off and big hunkin chopped veggies pieces
Very sad pregnant lady who really wanted to love the food. 🙁

Ordered the yellow curry with a level 3 spice. It was delicious! The spice is made by the restaurant weekly, and it has great flavor without too much lingering. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the beer was not really cold. I will definitely come back when in Spokane.
