I had the chance to try several dishes, including the Pad See Ew, Pad Kaprow, Crab Fried Rice, and Nam Tok, and I have to say the Crab Fried Rice was a standout! The flavor was excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The rest of the dishes were also well-prepared and flavorful, making the entire meal quite enjoyable.

The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere, with clean and well-designed decor that makes for a comfortable dining experience. The ambiance is inviting, and it’s clear that the staff takes good care of the space. I also found that the portion sizes were just right, with each main dish being the perfect amount for one person, so you leave feeling satisfied but not overly full.

The service was attentive, and the staff were polite and welcoming. They made sure to check on us frequently, always asking if we needed more water or if everything was to our liking. My only suggestion would be for the staff to speak a little louder when communicating with customers, as it was sometimes hard to hear them.

Overall, it’s a great dining spot, and I would definitely recommend it to friends. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes!

The food is excellent if you stick to what you know that you’ll like. My wife loves Brussels sprouts and Bangkok Social has some of the best you’ll ever find. Their spin on the Pad Thai is creative, I didn’t think I’d like it but it’s now my favorite pad Thai in town. Their level 4 “hot” is really good, especially if you like spicy food but don’t want to sweat while eating it. I tried a couple of new things to me, the first being the Mango Mint Lemonade which was the best thirst quencher I could’ve asked for. The other new thing that I tried was the Pineapple Fried Rice with Shrimp and Peanuts…. Hated it, but I do think their basic chicken fried rice is sufficient going forward. The House Special Chicken is a solid option if you’re unsure of what to try. Overall, I really like this place and would recommend it to anyone. It’s very clean and the team is nice. Two thumbs up!

The flavors were a little off from my preference. They seemed to use good ingredients but the flavors were not as authentic as I am used to. The sticky rice is reheated, which is common in a lot of Thai restaurants. The moo ping was good pieces of meat but were not sweet. If you are looking for Thai food and live close it could be an ok spot to try.

I would say the food was good quality. However, I would say this tastes more like a Thai-American. The Tom yum was good, so was the pad Thai, however, not as authentic as I have had. Service does lack, they forgot an entre and all of the tables are extremely sticky. I had to pry my plate up. Over all I would say mid.

Items ordered: fried chicken wings, pad see ew combo, pad Thai combo, basil fried rice combo.
Spice level: medium
Drink: mint lemonade (not pictured)
We (husband and I) did dine-in but then took most of it as takeout. Sat in a half booth table.

Pro: food came out quick and fresh ingredients. We came late around 8:30 pm and it was us and another family there. I’ve had a lot of Thai food throughout Houston suburbs and I think this is the best quality and value. Chicken wings fried to perfection. Loved the sauce that comes with the wings. Shrimp was jumbo, deveined, shell-off. Large portions for entrees. CLEAN atmosphere and bamboo decor. Mint lemonade had cute colors and tasted good

Mom pro: single toilet bathroom with changing table. I wasn’t with my daughter this night but a changing table there is a plus!

BEST valued Thai food I’ve had in houston !

Flying into Houston (George Bush International), I had a craving for Thai. And this was one of the closer restaurants, so I decided to try it. Had a whole Tom Yum soup in a hot pot by myself (it was a bit salty) plus a veggie and beef dish (alongside mango and sticky rice and Thai ice tea). All were fine, and tasted as expected. I loke spicy foods, and medium worked out well for me.

A Hidden Thai Treasure in Summerwood

I just had a solo lunch at this quiet little hidden gem, Bangkok Social, and it was one of those unexpected dining experiences that truly delights. I had never been before, but I was craving something different —specifically, a plate of spicy noodles. The lady who took my order recommended the Pad Thai, and I decided to take her suggestion.

Originally, I ordered my food to go, but as I sat waiting, I found myself completely drawn in by the ambiance. The warm, intimate setting, & the soft jazz playing in the background, created a relaxing atmosphere that made me want to linger. By the time my food was ready, I had settled into the moment, so I decided to eat right there instead.

And let me tell you—the flavors were absolute perfection. The balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy notes in the Pad Thai sauce was masterfully done, coating every strand of noodle in a rich, umami-packed glaze. The shrimp, which I added as my protein, were enormous, succulent, and cooked just right. I could barely finish two! As a foodie, I did wish for a little more of the fresh, crisp bean sprouts they used as a garnish, but that’s just a personal preference.

Beyond the food, the service was genuinely warm and attentive. The staff checked on me multiple times, making sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. It was the kind of hospitality that makes you feel valued as a guest.

Honestly, I almost didn’t leave a review because I feel like I’ve stumbled upon a hidden treasure—but Bangkok Social is too good not to share. If you’re in the Summerwood area and craving authentic, flavorful Thai cuisine, this is your spot!

While shopping around, we saw this restaurant & decided it would be good to try out (Thai food is my favorite!). When we walked it we were immediately greeted and were told to pick our own seats. Our waiter & waitress were both very friendly & knowledgeable about the menu. For appetizer we got the cheese rolls which were good! I ordered the yellow curry with combo meat (chicken, shrimp, beef, & pork). You can also omit one of the proteins for extra of the other if you’d like. My mom got the garlic pepper stir fry with combo meat omitting the shrimp. The curry was delish! I really enjoyed it, but would’ve liked a little more of the “curry” flavor! My mom’s Garlic pepper stir fry was AMAZING! You get such a great amount of food for the price & the flavors are excellent! Even the sweet tea was amazing! I would definitely recommend & revisit this place to try more menu items!

New place in the area. Tried a few items and all were good. The flavors were all there. The cream cheese egg rolls were delicious. We will definitely go back again, and we hope the quality and taste don’t change with time.

We ordered Mu Ping and the fried chicken wings for appetizers They we’re so good and and definitely get all your money’s worth. I ordered the house special chicken and my husband ordered the Pad Kaprow. They came with a egg roll and side salad. The plating was beautiful and everything taste so fresh.
